I think I'd have bought them a bottle myself if I had come across it.0

2lb off for me this week which I am shocked at considering what I ate yesterday!
:j Well done Ossie, that's brilliant.
Gosh your post about your very honest chat with ex rings bells with me, I find it really hard to leave a relationship as I just cant bear to be the pain causer. I ended a relationship with someone & after 3 months of him crying down the phone I relented & took him back. Within a couple of weeks I remembered exactly why I'd ended it but found myself stuck in it for another 18 months when the line went blue  . Fortunately his behaviour eventually led to a permanent resolving of the situation, but it was still hard to actually end it. I will now keep this in mind as I determine not to slide back into recent relationship...
Hello & welcome to The Boss, very sweet to keep treating your girlfriend but I'm with the others who say "cook, cook & more cook ". Girls loooove a man who cooks for them ( & washes up after too)

I partly blame my reason to be in the diet club down to Lakesides Cinnabon store *shakes fist whilst drooling over memories of warm baked gooey cinnamon pastries* I can still taste them almost and it was over 5 years ago I lived there lol!!
Lula stay strong with the ex as your ideas are all in the right place!0 -

Hello and thanks. As before though, my cooking is extremely sub standard, and to save money I am back with my parents for a while (long story) so cooking here is not an option. Unless I want to put her off that is :rotfl:0 -
Well it looks like the whole having to finish with a bloke thing isn't going to happen this time around.
I text him on sunday night and had no reply, then i text him on Tuesday morning and had no reply.
So I'm not texting again and hopefully he won't contact me again so I can just get on with my life.
I absolutely hate finishing mith men, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this.
As for weight loss, well let's not go there right now. I'm in training for the great south run so food consumption is on the up with me. And I don't ever seem to lose weight through exercise, so will have to wait till it's over before I get back on the Weight watchers diet.
Pleased everyone else is doing well though. It really is a nice motivating thread this. Made me less concerned about being single again knowing it was here.LBM February 2008. DFD March 2013 19 August 2011Debt at LBM £14,395.48. Debt Now £00 -

Sorry to read people haven't been having the best times this week - chins up ladies - onwards and upwards - there are fabulous men out there and pounds waiting to fling themselves from our bodies - we just have to believe we deserve them!
I love the idea that the pounds are just waiting to fling themselves away! Wish they could do it without my help though:rolleyes:
Just realised to my absolute horror that I had mistyped my signature and had accidentally banned myself from chocolate for 100 days- meant to type biscuits! Was quickly amendedLuckily I was eating a small bar of Green and Black's and holding a glass of wine/diet lemonade when I discovered my mistake, so manage to do some quick comfort eating/drinking to calm myself.

What happened with your man? Surely its best to speak to him so you can get total closure and move on properly, otherwise he could text in a week or two and disrupt you?0
