Does anybody know the address to send a hardship claim letter to at Lloyds?
I need to send this urgently. Anyone had any experiences with Lloyds paying out and how soon?
25 GRESHAM STREET
LONDON
EC2V 7HN
The above is the LloydsTSB bank registered address. Is there anything specific that is happening to you shortly?

i have made a claim for over 12,000 pounds in default charges in the last 6 years but had an o/d of 2100 which due to financial problems (the house was nearly repossessed, it got to court and other debts and court actions etc.) the o/d increased to 4,400 and i havnt even touched it. things are slightly better now but not back to where it was. it is still difficult. well the FOS dealt with it under financial hardship rules and at the weekend got a letter stating that they they "side" with the bank on the matter of the o/d charges. im confused because - what about the 12,000 of defaulted charges let alone interest charges on the o/d. the fos or lloyds havnt even asked about my hardship via a form so how can they make a judgement on my financial status0

I have been try (forever?) to get Lloydstsb to refund £820 under financial hardship and kept getting that letter back....its on hold, dont bother writing again!
Eventually I got put through to the financial hardship dept who took all our details and confirmed we were deemed in FH as income did not meet outgoing. .......Nothing happened!
I wrote again saying their dept had confirmed us in FH and I would even accept the £820 taken off my my overdraft (and reduced)........got THAT letter again
NOW WHAT? I'm so fed up, feel like giving up0 -
lloyds grrrr .... well at least im not alone but at least we keep them busy dealing with us!!!!!!0

just got my first letter back from barclays offering me £150 good will gesture for 50% charges incured in 2008, my claim is for 6 years worth of charges totalling £3130
so i wanted to know what my next best step is?0 -
I read somewhere that you can partially accept any offers. So, if they've offered you £150, you can accept that, then claim the rest back after the case if thats allowed.
I'd simply write back and say you're not happy with the offer, they usually offer more..0 -
I have been reciving statutory sick pay for over 6 months and i applied to reclaim my charges using the hardship clause ( as anyone who has ever been on sick pay will tell you .... it's not a lot of money !) i contacted my bank and told them of the problems i was having ie that i was on ssp and had lost my house due to not having enough money and that i was living on my credit cards , and all Alliance and Leicester said was that they understood that i was in financial hardship , but that i will have to wait till the waiver is lifted and that they could do nothing for me ! im now on benefits and im really starting to struggle with meeting my obligations to other companies!
As far as they are conerned , im just a pain and will now not even talk with me on the phone !
If anyone has some hints on how i can get them to realise that this money will keep me from going under i would love to know !
