If i put a claim in for financial hardship would this be taken into account or not? Also would they take any notice as all my priority debts are up to date.... if only they would pay out for us then the whole world would be a better place for everyone.0

Can you clarify if there is rent arrears not being paid?
Is the council tax arrears not being paid?
My gut feeling is possibly that they will say no to financial hardship cos you are paying the bills and a bit more ie you have more income and the charges are not eating into the budget to cover them. However, you have to ask HSBC the question and we will see what they say.0 -
i can but try .. i will plead hardship. my od jumped to about £500 already this month £100 arranged.. due to some cheques a cash till pay day company presented . £450 in total.. I have an alternative bank account set up now and my tax credits and family allowance will go into and i will make sure the rent is paid priority , no council tax arrears had missed a payment but paid it and now up to date. have about £22500 unsecured debt that im setting a dmp for with CCCs and HP of £2k on my car0

Capital One is homework while the other bank respond0 -
am uptodate with logbook..
So should i submit a hardship claim to LLoyds i have the od and loan with them so any charges i would be happy to offset anyway . any monies is a bonus
Then send letter asking for charges , re capital one i have ppi on my card have had card since 1994 , should i claim them on that as well on treat seperate , i have so many things i could do . so many debts but equally a few paths like this to generate income back
Its all a lot to take in and deal with at the same time, i need a cunning plan0 -

And take your time. You said you have arrears on the car you use for work, is that right? Is the arrears being paid off?0
