They come up three pounds each and are no longer on 342 so came to twenty one. My pound sign has disappeared for some reason.0 -

First of all I would like to remind *dotchas* that there will be lots of people thinking of her tomorrow. :A :smileyhea
I have stocked up on Botanics wipesGot lots of the sensitive ones scan for nowt (LOL) up here in Chester so it must be just in Guildford you can only have the Quick fix ones. :rotfl: I went to the chemist counter and a lovely SA said he was pleased I had found such bargains! It's nice when you get a friendly SA and really disheartening when you don't - sorry about today mrsbluebear - your SA sounds
I also found a Trevor Sorbie root touch up for £1.** so got that and used the mag voucher to get a Long hair product free. Was going to risk the blue curl cream as it came up on .com when I searched long hair stuff but looking at the actual tube it didn't look like long hair stuff so I bottled it and got the pink stuff that says long hair on it. Do all of the LH TS things go through ok?
No Huggies in red box here and no reduced Time Delay. The ROC sets are still full flippin price too! How frustrating, knowing that stuff is not worth what the SEL says!
Big pile of No 7 on clearance, theseand
and
but only reduced to £4.80 something or similar. Are they likely to get reduced further to £2.** as reported earlier or am I getting confused with something else now?
Few bottles of Little Me and some dummies.
The only Ted Baker bags left are the £10 vanity cases now.
Thanks to those of you telling me about the R&M eyeshadows + little wallets (and tempting me further) I am now convinced I need one. (LOL @ need!) Will wait til they are reduced tho'... I love bargains nowadays.
See you all in the mornin'. :j0 -

In the Cosmo "bag", there is a cheque book of offers and coupons. There is one for one third of one mark hill product only available from boots. I did post something about this in the last forum.
Aha, have found what I posted.
ANYWAY! They have an exclusive Save 1/3 Reader Offer, on Mark Hill full size product. They also have 5 topprizes to give away but I will leave that for the competition link.
How to use your Mark Hill Voucher.
Choose ONE product from the Mark Hill full size range.
Present your voucher at the till to part pay for the product you have chosen.

1. This voucher is only redeemable at BOOTS and can be used in most Boots stores.
2. Mark Hill or Boots are not able to replace this voucher or reimburse this voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged.

4. We are unable to exchange this voucher for cash.
5. This voucher is valid for one transaction only and entitles you to Save 1/3 of the full recommended retail price of one product from the Mark Hill full size range.
6. This voucher cannot be used in a transaction to pay for more than one Mark Hill product.
7. This voucher expires on the 12th August 2008 when offers will continue in Boots stores.

I tried to use that Mark Hill voucher in the voucher booklet that you can get with this months cosmo, but it didn't want to work!!
I tried to buy the split ends repair serum capsules at £3.49, and when the voucher was beeping, the SA read and re read it and said she couldn't work out why it wasn't working, then another SA came over and started watching what the first SA was doing, scowling at me, and said "I hate it when people try to use vouchers, if they can't afford the product without a voucher they shouldn't buy it" in the end I took my voucher back and just paid for it, it made me feel really uneasy and couldn't understand why the SA came over and had to have 'go' at me - it wasn't anything to do with her:(:( Really not pleased with boots today!
And I didn't even get any post to cheer me up, I was waiting on books from amazon, grr
Ugh, I hate hearing stuff like that! So sorry you got treated badly. We should not be ridiculed for using coupons. Not to mention that many of us could afford the full price on these items if we really wanted them, but we don't really want them -- we're just willing to try them if it's a deal. Or if you really can't afford the full price, why shouldn't you enjoy trying it if there's an offer? Few people are rich enough to go out of their way to pay more than they have to for things, and I can't imagine most Boots employees could afford to waste money.
I would complain about her. It won't really fix the massive problem of Boots scamming us all by offering coupons they then don't let us use, but maybe she'll at least be reprimanded.0
