Morning,
Really sorry to ask but how do we receive free botanic wipes?? Is this an automatic instore offer or is it from an ACM/Mailing voucher??
Thanks!!XX0 -
I can't believe it but I actually found a clearance section in the picadilly circus store!!
It was well hidden though...
there was lots of no 7stuff (foundation and the eye pallate limited edition stuff).
Well done! Whereabouts was it?In a Den first, Theo Paphitis has been getting business information from a talking tree.0 -

I think it's an automatic in store offer on selected botanics items (mainly facial/ body moisturising). HTH!In a Den first, Theo Paphitis has been getting business information from a talking tree.0 -

morning all,
thought I'd share my recent experience with CS with you all. I popped into Boots on Sunday and bought a few things and paid with GV. Didn't realise until Monday evening that sa didn't give me back my AC. Phoned store but they didn't have my card, so phoned CS to report it lost. Spoke to nice lady who took my details and advised that points will be transferred onto new card and that I should rec it in 2-3wks etc etc. Anyhow's she then comments on how many pts I have on my card ( over £100) "ooh I haven't spoken to anyone with THAT amount of pts on their card for a very long time" to which I reply with the same phrase I always use when someone comments on my pts " oh I buy an awful lot of nappies and I'm saving them up for christmas pressie for my kids" she then started to ask how I'd got the pts, what I bought in store and if i took advantage of any online offers.
After cidergirls recent dealings with cs I think I shall be using up my pts pretty quickly once my new card arrives.0 -
PLease can everyone check their cc/dc statements for refunds on .com returns and this is the second time that I have not beeen reimbursed after returning items. I did not get even an apology over Boots error from the CS when I phoned up.0

Ugh, I hate hearing stuff like that! So sorry you got treated badly. We should not be ridiculed for using coupons. Not to mention that many of us could afford the full price on these items if we really wanted them, but we don't really want them -- we're just willing to try them if it's a deal. Or if you really can't afford the full price, why shouldn't you enjoy trying it if there's an offer? Few people are rich enough to go out of their way to pay more than they have to for things, and I can't imagine most Boots employees could afford to waste money.
I would complain about her. It won't really fix the massive problem of Boots scamming us all by offering coupons they then don't let us use, but maybe she'll at least be reprimanded.
you should defo complain about the miserable witch, i paid for my gym membership at la fitness with my tesco points but the young lad messed up so ended up getting it at 28 a month instead of 40 a month as they were all terrifyed of the coupons and didnt know what to do but they were fair and didnt override his mistake so thats what i call service:T
i had a lovely girl on the no7 in birmingham when i did the glitch the other day and she said even if i wasnt sopposed to have the gwp she would let me have it , i was a bit scared at first as she took my basket off me and stuck it behind the till with all my stuff so i was forced to pay at her counter instead of a main till so i thought NOOOOOOOOOO:eek: but thankfully i had baby with me to charm her lol:cool:

hi, i nearly pooped myself yesterday when i couldnt get the voucher listed on her for the free rimmel khol pencil to go through free, the very nice sa had to get the manager over. He was a nice man, appologised and overrode the till. I was a bit scared tho, had found the huggies box and it scanned at £2.50 manager did notice, so i said the SEL says £5 so thats a real bargain and smiled nicely.

Ohh this sounds painful.I would try some good old E45 Cream or Aquous cream( both at Boots), and a pair of WHITE cotton socks at bedtime ( colours may stain your feet lol).Try to keep treating your feet with loads of moisture.Keeping the bleeding parts nice and clean .HTH
If you wanna push the boat out........ you can try
