You don't have to go into the store - the phone number should be on the receipt and the SA who served you will have her name on there also. Maybe you remember the name of the rude:mad: one. Please speak to the manager - and don't let them take your pleasure in Bootsing away.

ohhhhhh nooooo,

What is going on at Boots ,saw a lady having her details taken by s/a today.She had loads( and I mean loads) of expert baby stuff, in her basket and those red huggies boxes.

I saw her go past ,after it happened ,and she was looking so upset.Hope it wasnt any of us.Manchester store.I wanted to tell her to burn her points,but she was too fast out the door.

I then got the same s/a, and braved asking s/a what had happened. He told me that people are trying to fiddle the till, and get money back from baby items. :eek: :eek: :eek: I guess she must have let the till get too low, and not got anything to hide it ..so to speak.

When does the expert glitch end..............it seems to be atrracting a whole lot of s/a attention.

Sorry for long post ,but it just left me a little in a tizz.

*sighs* It just upset me hunni, I'm normally quite confident but with her sarky comment, I just fell to bits (didn't cry in front of her though!) I just hate complaining, I'm not good at it I will see if I can pluck the courage up

Mrs Bluebear please tell either the store manager of customer services, as she may do it to someone else.How very rude of her to say that.Customer services are just lovely on the telephone.I have only called them twice ,but both times they have been fabulous.

sorry to hear you were treated so badly. That SA needs reporting:mad: why print vouchers if they don't want us to use them, ugh!!

when I used my MH voucher from the booklet the SA who served me was lovely. It didn't scan. She let me try several different products. The voucher wouldn't scan with any of them, so she said she would put it through as a boots voucher:D

I have come across some miserable (can think of another word but won't write it here) SA's during my bootsing years, but I have to say the majority of them are actually really nice and helpfull. Hope you get a nice one next time.
