    Hey all,

I tried to use that Mark Hill voucher in the voucher booklet that you can get with this months cosmo, but it didn't want to work!!
I tried to buy the split ends repair serum capsules at £3.49, and when the voucher was beeping, the SA read and re read it and said she couldn't work out why it wasn't working, then another SA came over and started watching what the first SA was doing, scowling at me, and said "I hate it when people try to use vouchers, if they can't afford the product without a voucher they shouldn't buy it" in the end I took my voucher back and just paid for it, it made me feel really uneasy and couldn't understand why the SA came over and had to have 'go' at me - it wasn't anything to do with her :(:(:( Really not pleased with boots today!

And I didn't even get any post to cheer me up, I was waiting on books from amazon, grr

:mad: How very rude and absolutely uncalled for! I think you should take this up with the Store Manager - and if you don't get a satisfactory response, then a letter to Customer Services.

Big thanks to MEGANE for sending me the link to the new MC voucher that doesn't expire until 28 August (there should be no problem using it for next month's issue). I was too sicky to get out today and was just moaning to the hubby about missing a voucher, and now I have it, lol. Here it is:

You are very welcome and glad to be able to help after all the great bargains you gorgeous ladies have shown me how to get.

To be honest, Mrs Duck, I just feel like not even entering Boots at the moment, at least not that store, feel really embarrassed - they're all normally lovely staff in there too

As said before that is really wrong for a sales assistant to talk to you like that. I worked for boots for 3 years and would never dream of speaking to someone like that. I would definately phone up manager and tell her what happened. You did nothing wrong. Vouchers are out there to be used and what a stupid remark to make anyway. Did you get the name of the assistant? I think you are owed an apology

I can't believe it but I actually found a clearance section in the picadilly circus store!!
    It was well hidden though...
there was lots of no 7stuff (foundation and the eye pallate limited edition stuff).
    I picked up
ehero.jpg(ultra strength though) at£1.63 (£3.26 online) and Crystal Deodrant roll on £1.75 which I presume was half price, I can't find it online.
