    Hi guys.

WARNING - self pity moan coming up ........ LOOK AWAY NOW if not really interested.

I feel bloomin awful, it's been all I can do to just feed the 3 and keep them out of trouble whilst I cat nap on the settee. My head is banging - sinuses I think and my chest is tight and it's cough, cough, cough all the time. I am so tired and cold today and miss my Eric. The last time I was ill he took such good care of me and I was able to escape to bed, this time I've done just about enough not to be accused of child neglect - allthough given the crap they have eaten today that could be debatable.

    SELF PITY MOAN OVER..............

Nothing OS today, well nothing really except fixing up the x-box to the TV down here to keep them occupied. It's needed doing for a while as both telly's upstairs have died and I have no intention of replacing them as the kids are sleeping much better without them there. Fortunately it took 2 minutes otherwise I would have given up.

I hope I feel better tomorrow as it looks like the eldest is going down with it - complaining of feeling dizzy and cold and he wanted to go to bed at 6.30pm. LO's nose is streaming but he is not complaining of anything else yet.

I hope it's fairly minimal for the kids as if I have to stop off with them I will not be paid as I am on relief now. Aw bu**er this is probably where I find out just how much more understanding my boss is going to be.

Anyway sorry for the moan, I don't really have anyone else to moan to anymore, my sis yesterday just agreed about how bad it was as BIL has just recovered from something similar and that was it for my sympathy.

Welcome to the newbies and gentle hugs to anyone else in need today.

    Smoky. xxxx

    Evening Everyone

    Welcome Newbies.

((hugs)) Smoky get this down you, sorry it is only a virtual one. If it is your sinus's you must go to the doctor to get something. In the mean time get your head over a bowl of boiling water with either vapour rub or olbus oil, with a towel over the top of your head. You feel free to moan any time, you need to have an outlet. If sister has had to put up with her DH having manflu he sympathies will be stretched to the limit.

(((hugs))) to anyone else who'd like one.

Well done Master Dorry and any other DD's & DS's with SATS results.

    Advice taken, thermals now packed.

oh smokey - gentle hugs to you and yours - you wouldn't be running around doing too much and getting yourself all run down would you - hmmm. This is probably your body's way of making you stop and rest for a bit. the littlies will survive a bit of healthy neglect

Can't get motivated at all so have given up and am listening to peter cook and dudley moore on the radio .... timeless

    Afternoon all…

This afternoon me & the girls have been out to Raystede (animal rescue centre) and chosen 2 cats (Lola & Nino – a brother & sister) that we will hopefully rehome next weekend J. They were rescued from Spain originally by someone, but she has now gone abroad again so they need somewhere new to live. They are about 4. Nino is slightly nervous, but both are very affectionate. I will have a go at posting a pic. I could have quite easily rehomed all 30 or so cats that need places….

    xx

Don't suppose you saw a little silvery tabby kitten while you were there did you? My little sister's went missing from Lewes last week, thought maybe someone turned him in? He's very cute though, would have been snapped up in an instant. Glad you're feeling happier today, hopefully cats will be good company to cheer you up.
I remember the cats in spain when I was little and we were travelling, I used to call them Oi cats because they hung around the harbours and the men used to be forever shouting at them!!!!

PS, what's your name on freecycle I'll look out for your posts. (I LOVE freecycle)
