Hiya, soooooo I know that feeling soooooo well. I hate buying clothes. i am a size 18/20 but i know i would really feel more comfortable in a 22, BUT when a size 12 was feeling a bit tight i moved up to a 14 and so on it went. Well i just B****y well refuse to go up again to a 22. I hate going out because of all my rolls of fat. some one once posted on here they had more rolls than the Bakery. that soooooo me. But working to wards a drop in clothes size.

Hiya :rotfl: yeah i know, i did the same. Two more pages since i was last on. only 2 days left to pay day i am half way there. things are going to be so different from this payday on wards. We are never going to get through life with no biscuits, cake, sweets, chocolate, etc and why the H&ll should we. so we need to incorporate them in. cutting them out all together, is just putting ourselves up for a fall.

The reason I need to go to the gym is for my mental sanity. I can get a student deal for the year it works out at £30 per month which is £1 per day.

I would have spend way more than that on crisps and chocolate and jellies are my downfall anything sour and Im gone.

But I find going swimming at 8pm in the evening breaks that horrible part of the evening when its the "Hot Spot" for bingeing. FOr me its between 7.30 and 9.30. So if I can manage to get my !!! to the gym at that time. And spend time when I finish, moisturising and blow drying my hair I dont get home until 9.40 ish. Then its straight to bed with a book or big brother. Sorry Im addicted.

So over all I need to get fit for my mental sanity, I really do believe a healthy body is a healthy mind. And Im dwelling too much on everything at the moment and not feeling very well. So Im trying to turn my life around.[/quot

icka sounds like you have it sorted. I hate exercise, it wears me out. i know i need to do it though. i must get my head around it. i am a good swimmer, just to lazy to go.

here is a sneaky food story for you as promised

I have lossed count how many times, i have gone for a biscuit and found a packet open with maybe 1 or two taken out. So i have eaten them all, then gone to the shops bought a packet of the same biscuits. then come home and eaten the same amount out of the 2nd packet that was missing out of the 1st, then put them back in the cupboard so that OH thinks they are the 1st packet. AND when OH has come from work and commented on how well i have done not to touch the them. i have preened myself and blatantly said "oh never given them a thought"

  • Hello, been away,

You know when you go on rides and stuff they do those photos of your group? well I had one of those taken by suprise! I do not do pictures, I haven't had a photo taken in years, since i turned about 25 or so the pictures of me are very few and far between. I even went to my best friends wedding and didn't have a photo taken. I cannot explain how much I hate the way I look.

Any how needless to say this picture shows me in all my double chin fat armed big black shapeless mess glory. boring hair crap skin and all dark clothes.

and that is me relaxing on holiday,

My best feature used to be my chest but that is over shadowed by my tummy and a now non existent waist.

I joined this thread because I do both the things in the title but it took that picture to make me realise the picture I have in my head is WRONG. I am not just a slightly tubby 14, I am actually heading towards an 18.

I am just getting fatter and fatter and not having my picture taken doesn't make it not true.

been home hours took ages to write that.

will be back tomorrow at some point. I have no idea what to do.

    xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

well I am off to bed now. Have a good weekend all. If you cant all be good be careful. all we need do is think about why we are over eating and over spending, we may never know, but as long as we are putting some thought into it, its a start. Instead of mindlessly spending and eating.

love you all "sweet dreams" and have a fab weekend.
