    Well good evening everyone!
Everybody seems to be doing well, all changing habits slowly but surely - the best way to do it!
I had a bit of shock to the system, went to get blood pressure measured and it appears to be slowly rising.... so hopefuly this will hopefully be a great big kick up my lovely rear end into being healthy!
Have got a big bottle of water here next to me to keep me from feeling hungry and craving indulgent treats.

So, my challenge tomorrow is to eat lots of fruit, no processed nonsense and to keep an eye on salt levels..... lets hope i can begin to change my ways soon!

Ooh, i love Bbq's, hmm its totally the weather for them aswell! .... i always associate them with having a bit too much wine and going a bit pink in the sun!

Lol, thanks Jo, like you im more of a savory fan so on Friday i might treat myself to a chicken, sweetcorn and mayo sandwich from the best van - or i will go in when everyone does the bacon butty run in the morning - decisions decisions lol

OH and i ate the scones  well we ate 3 2 for me and 1 for him, the others are in the fridge until tomorrow - this is unheard of in any house i have ever lived in - normally you open it you eat all of it

I guess my parent saying eat all your dinner was never a good thing in the end cause now i swear i really dont know when im full - oh well.

Im in Glos - meant to say im not allowed to eat from 9 tonight until after 9 tomorrow morning a whole 12 hours lol - think ill be in bed in a min cause im feeling poorly (have i mentioned im not well lol)

Im so rubbish, you would think i was 5 not 25, been trying to call my Grandma all day to tell her im poorly and to get some sympathy lol

Only problem is its an ideal excuse to eat rubbish and drink nice hot tea with lots of sugar lol

Well done on that loss!!!!! 2lb is fab!!!!!!!

Ive been thinking all i need is to find a donor who is looking for weight - that way i can give them my eating habits and they can give me their wages -what does everyone else recon?

Evening BabyJayne. I'm soooooo impressed with the bottle of water. I don't drink no where near as much as "they" tell you to, and its apparently the best slimming aid, magical so they would have me believe. Its a bottle of wine Ive got next to me (well not quite next to me, buts its not far away)

think IL join you on the no processed stuff tomorrow.

  • hello folks

I haven't been here for a while you guys have certainly been busy. I said many pages ago I'd be back with a plan.

Well had the plan included feeling sorry for myself and eatingmuch chocolate I would have been a winner!

sadly no. I am going to get my Weight watchers stuff down in a sec.

and try to make a plan with two simple goals to pay off CC and lose 1 stone.

and Jo, I get what you mean about what the vunerable feeling.

    see you in a minute

or so really not that quick on the old points thingy!

bubbles my daughter was extremely ill and without going into too much details, she had ulcerative colitis and had to have her bowel taken out. At her worst she was 5 n half stone. i said to her one day, pity they could not give you a fat transplant, just hook me up to you and Way Hey off we go. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Daughter is OK now. to be polite about it, after 10 months of wear a colostomy bag, they very cleverly connected her stomach to her bum, so that she did not have to wear her bag, as she was only 21 at the time.

P.S. yes we have realized you are not well at the moment but as a Friend of mine say "build a bridge and get over it" I love that saying. I say it to myself every time I am feeling sorry for myself.

I have always in the past, always bought what I thought to be good wine, £4-5 a bottle, but now i am economizing I will have a look at the cheaper range.

How is this for denial. I always treat myself to good wine as

    1. very rare i go out for a drink
    2. I don't smoke
    3. I don't rent DVDs
    4. very rare we eat out
    5. very rare we have take away.

So I think at the very least I deserve a good bottle of wine once (or twice) a week.

    But I never ever gave
    1. a latte every day at anywhere from £1.50-2.50 a day
    2. stopping at the garage or shop for ket £1-3 a day
    3. shopping for clothes, stationary (mentioned that way back, its one of my thing) the dreaded £1 shop, where i buy loads of rubbish stuff, books, plants, pies, going to the speed bank to get cash to shop with cos i was bored and god knows what else the list is endless, any thought at all. I never once thought of any of that stuff as treats. ???????????????

amazing isn't it. I have (not now of course) wasted at least £20-£50 a week on rubbish for years.
