I think we are losing track of small steps here. We are not looking at cutting anything out, just moderate it "less" of the rubbish, not no rubbish. Thats just not doable. Because there is not a hope in hell chance any of us are going to cut it out and never ever have it again. Nothing wrong with "panini" just choose how you have it BF. choose the best option they have. Bacon sarni this morning was grilled FAB. REMEMBER we are trying to create a LIVABLE life style here. Are you never going to ever ever have a panini again, i would hope not. panini very healthy if you can do without to much cheese.

You are right Jo, but problem is I know I would get a Baguette du Monde Spicy American chicken panini, and I would be spending money as well as putting on weight, and it really isn't worth it (you've made me tell myself off now!!! lol)
Besides, I'm going out for a meal with Jon tonight, so I really do need to make an effort to be good today, especially if I'm going to get rid of my lumpy legs before saturday
SOmething inside me rebels against putting £27 sensitive skin exfoliator on my legs kmac -LOL, but I will try using my other exfoliators!!Personal challenge: Do without as much as possible to pay off £12k by 07/2009!!!:T

I think a compromise BF, maybe buy a ham salad sandwich, not as bad as the others but more filling than just a pancake, maybe?
Umm, Jo, to be honest I'm not sure, I'll update my budget spreadsheet and see. As you've kicked some reality back into me I'm going to take back a duvet set I brought last week as I got a nicer one last night, and as the online shopping was from M&S you can return ordered things instore so I've now decided to try everything on but only keep half of what I ordered. Thank you!!!0 -

Listen, about your earlier post, I think that a lot of people have issues that they push to the back of their mind and would rather forget about them. You have lived through some rough times, your ex sounds like a horrible person. I'm glad you got rid of him. I would try and focus on now. It sounds as if your DH is a great guy and the main issue just now is money (like Mine). You can work through it as you are a really caring person, so make sure you care for yourself as well.
I hate the person that lack of cash has made me, but I'm trying to claw myself out of the deep hole I am in. I believe it can be done, so I'll just keep going too, nothing else for it.

I never consciously dwell on it, I just wonder if it the root of my issues. You are right though "money and debt" is my main issue at the moment and DH is my knight in shining amour, he came and saved me. I cant even bring myself to put any of my debts in my Sig, T am soooooo embarrassed about them. They are in total £8000 PHEW " I AM ON A ROLL" THIS MORNING WITH THE SPILLING IT ALL. I think the fact that he saved me and took a beating for me, is the reason I never told him about the debt. I thought he doesn't deserve it, he took and gave so much for me and this what I give him back.

:T :T :T Well done, you thought about it, weighed up the options and made a decision. The very fact that I now think before i eat it, is an improvement for me. i used to just mindlessly "shovel it in"
