Ok, has anyone got any reccomendations to 'get rid' of cellualite (sp?!)
I want to look good in my cossy on holiday, and feel confident enough about myself at the moment, all the walking has reigned in my belly a bit; but the tops of my legs, although they aren't really that fat, (well ok they are:o ) but anyway! They've got loads of clumpy cl:mad: and I dont know what to do about it. I've seen people with fatter legs than me whos legs look better than mine!!!
Any tips welcomed, I will try them all between now and Saturday!Personal challenge: Do without as much as possible to pay off £12k by 07/2009!!!:T
Bluejeans Challenge: Spend less - Eat less! Need to lose [STRIKE]4 [/STRIKE] 2.5 stone () then maintain until my concert in Dec!!

Do it Jo. Honestly.
I do it for fun now (I'm a PA in an investment company by day) and its a great way to boost confidence and meet great people. You can do as much or as little as you want and if you are handy with maybe hair/make up, costume or set or even painting then companies will snap you up even if you didnt want to sing/dance/act.
Do it :j its a great escape from "real life" for a couple of hours a week. xxx
Hiya KE i am very handy and crafty (as in making things) :rotfl: and I am a very good seamstress. I have sewn all of my life. i would like to try it all.

body brushing in circular motion... squats (try 3 reps of 25 then build up daily to 3 reps of 100, they get the blood moving). Lying on your back with your legs in the air making a cycling motion is good.
Walking up stairs helps
Drinks lots and lots of water
Eat GREEN Veggies
Skipping
Hopping
Running

Hi Jo,
There's lots of things I could do for £50 an hour, but thy might not be legal.......... oh, I've just had a flash in my mind of a bunch of old raincoats, maybe I'll just stay skint:rotfl: :rotfl:
I've just phoned that agency for the job I fancied, so I've to see them at 3pm tomorrow. It's for a welfare officer, helping people back into work, the money is good and i think it would be really interesting. They give you training as well, so it could lead to much better things. Wish me luck.
