not sure if you have resolved this now but my suggestion would be to try a shorter skirt where the hoop comes higher. not even sure this would work but might be worth a try? Have you thought about trying a skirt that comes out bt not wth a 'hoop' as such?

From this page http://millybridal.com/store/comersus_contactUs.asp it says the email is csbscom@yahoo.com.cn , have you checked your spam folder in case they have replied? A few I had back from them went straight to my spam folder.

i think annie used to have that account and she has left now or moved to another dept. Jessica has been dealing with me but to be honest, i am seriosuly having doubts now. I have had three people on another forum receive sub standard items. some of them are not finished o r in wrong colours. they don't seem to be coping with teh rush that appeared from CNY. oh, i have been mailing sales2000@millybridal.com or there is also a sales2001 addy but i didn't get a response from her (can't recall her name.)

I was so excited about using milly as there was only one bad review out of teh hundreds of good ones but since the CNY, they are not performing and i am now on the verge of ordering and having second thoughts. I could just cry. desperately trying to find another dress that will be 'enough' for me. the worst thing is, i actually have the cash now to afford the original one that inspired me but they can't do it in the colour i want. right, gonna go off and have a little cry now..

What's going on with MillyBridal then???... I also emailed Milly few days ago and didn't get a reply yet, so I sent them another email, this time to this one csbscom@yahoo.com.cn Let's see if I have better luck. I will let you know...

On the other hand, I also contacted a seller from DHgate(he seems to have many good feedbacks and to be reliable) and he said he could make a dress that it is not in his catalogue so, girls, if Milly bridal doesn't answer we will have to find someone else like the one in DHgate. Will also let you know if I go for this one and if I like the results...

By the way, I have been checking a Spanish forum and they really like an online shop called Kanacca, but not always they make the dresses right, although there are some that are really gorgeous.... it seems it is more a matter of luck, but hey, Milly and Landy also are...

Is DHGate on ebay then? Have fallen in love with a milly dress but wary of ordering at the moment..

Ok, Milly answered... I find it a bit expensive though, but they still give a lot of information about how they make the dress, all the qualities of their materials and they send pictures...

Dunno, I will have to think now which one I am taking. I also tried to ask in superbweddingdress and they were very quick to answer, but I find not review about them so I don't know if I should trust them.

hi
im new here (not a spammer im on bounty)
i have seen a dress i really like on millys after falling in love with one on lightinthe box and then reading reviews i found this thread and they sound much better then the other site.
The dress i have seen is great what i want but the top is a bit revealing and id like a fuller straight top as to not reveal anything what would i do email them quoting the dress on their site and send a pic of the top half i want??

Thanks for any replies :)

Hi Ladies,

I'm very interested to read your comments about Milly's Bridal. Could any of you give me an idea of how long the delivery time is please. Also, have you all found a dress you like over here in England then told Milly's what you want? Or do you just choose from their website?
What about the colour swatch? Did any of you order one of these? How accurate are the colours?
Sorry...... all questions! :-)

Thanks
Kelsy
