    Ooooo I'm excited now!!!:j

I was thinking these sites were too good to be true but reading the posts on here have swayed it for me :T

I don't feel guilty any more, as my Aunt is a dress maker but cannot even come any where close to the prices on Milly Bridal

Watch this space, I'm after a custom made one :D

I've been quoted £225 for a £1200 dress, that makes one happy bridezilla :rotfl:

I used Milly to make my wedding dress this year. (been married 4 weeks now!) I found them to be brilliant - I emailed them loads of photos of the dress I liked which cost £800 in shops and explained how I wanted it. They quoted me £270 including postage. I got pictures of the dress throughout each stage which was really reassuring and the final pictures were amazing. When the dress arrived, I loved it even more than the original, the quality of the fabric and detail in the beading were fantastic! The measurements were perfect too - I cannot recommend them highly enough. The only thing I had to do was get a loop put on the train to hook it up for the evening, Milly could have done it but I wanted to be wearing it so I could see what it looked like and where the loop needed to go. The tailor who did it was in a Bridal Shop and when I returned she said she'd had so many enquiries about the dress!! I felt like a princess on the day and got so many lovely comments about the dress and how expensive it must have been. :j
Milly were not able to make my Bridesmaids dresses as they had so many orders to do so I ordered them with Landy. Whilst the dresses were lovely, they did not look anything like the pictures sent when they arrived and the quality was not as good as my dress. My bridesmaids found that the boning in the top lost structure a little bit throughout the day so they spent a lot of time pulling the top up. I know lots of other people have had been really pleased with their dresses from Landy though but I personally preferred Milly.

Hi I have ordered my dress from Milly bridal. Got pictures of my test dress and it looks good, obviously lacks all the detail but the shape of it looks fab. Cant wait to get the real thing!

I will post pictures but not sure how to do it??

    That is a lovely dress!

I ordered mine from Milly on the 27th Oct. It wasn't on Landy's or Milly's site so I emailed shedloads of pics to them both. Landy said no - but Milly said yes, so I took the plunge and ordered.

I chased confirmation and they came back on the 31st saying they were having difficulty sourcing the lace and their tech department was onto it... But I'm still waiting. (Yes, I know, less than a week, I have never turned around if someone shouts Patience :rotfl:)
