do you think we can get them done for the fact that the person who signed that letter has a different name to the the name that is printed on the sheet?these guys are such cowboys they lie so much that they cant even remember what they have been lying about

Found out this morning. The owner of furniture deal owned home furishings with his brother, that went into liquidation last year. This is when he went on his own and started furnituredeal.
The chance of getting money back through the liquidation process doesn't look good. The only assets they have is a furniture deal sign and I think a van. Not even any furniture.

Another victim here.Anybody sent their forms back yet?? It says to e-mail/fax them but i might send recorded. Also dont know who to put down for proxy vote...I certainly dont want the director to have it - should it just be pkf ??
