Don't know if you still do your mountain of dough and filling cut and piled up a few times? Only it occoured to me that of course you can make fruit soups Scandinavian style to go with the sweet versions if you fancy it.

I have a quick questions about the Apple Braid that's on that thread...
The dough is currently in my BM and I'm looking at the quantities for the filling... I understand that the dough will make 2 braids but what about that filling amount? I'm kind of thinking it's just for 1 because I can't see 1 apple being enough to fill 1 braid? I'm happy to be corrected though

You could use it for dips.......
Roll it out, bake it then cut it into slices and use with dips ie pesto, sweet chilli, garlic mayo0 -
How about calzones? They are really nice and easy!!0

You were right Zippy! I made the amount of filling as stated for 2 in the thread but I am only making one of the braids today. There was wayyy too much - in fact, maybe twice as much as I needed
I really should learn to stick to recipes :P

If I make pizza dough this morning - with yeast - and let it rise and knock it back for a second rise will it be ok in the fridge until this evening or will it go tough?0
