Sounds like you've had a good weekend!! Well done!
I have never been near hair straighteners in my life, they scare me!! lol!!!0 -

NSD today - about time too, not had one in ages it feels:o
Have filled in G's passprt form so hope my countersigning person doesn't make a mistake this time:rolleyes: Will take them both in tomorrow to the PO and use the check and send service.
Had a letter from water board saying my payments are going down from £30 to £19.50 a month:j I was convinced I was paying too much - so really pleased they've decided that! So water down and gas/electric down too each month - think that's saving me about £45 a month in total:T
Not much else to report. I sat and made meal plans yesterday - so all planned up to next thurs now....i think I'll do anotheronline Asda delivery, I have a free delivery code and they seem to have lots of good deals on stuff we use. My Tesco always seems to be out of stock on loads, it's aright pain.
Roast for dinner tonight...chicken cooked yesterday, so just need to do the veg. Mmmmmmmmmmmm....:pI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
You have been busy this weekend, excellent news on the water front. My water was £98.00  per month and we decided to go on a meter meter it is now £45.00 which is a big difference.0

Not much to update....
£15 has been received by Quidco for me, from Lovefilm - had forgotten about that, so that'll be nice to get this month;)
Sadly had to spend just over £100 on renewing the girls passports:eek::eek: Ridiculous - only paid the full price for them 5years ago.
I'm off to bed now, so tired. The crohn's pain has hurt a lot today - think it's because I ran out of steroids, so not had them since Monday. Prescription all sorted now so back on them. Still no hospital results...how long does it take?
Anyway, off for a lovely early night with my book....:pI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Morning;)
We have the school summer fayre today so that'll be nice. After that we're going to my sster's for a bbq tonight, but it's a bit chilly!
I've just had a parcel in the post - my 2nd win from the Glamour comp in May - you could enter every day. Last week I had some false eyelashes as my prize and today's was a Garnier roll on eye thing, which i might use, but more tempted to put it on ebay! The false eyelashes will definitely be going on - can you see me turning up at school wearing them?!!
What else? Not much to report....Grocery challenge not looking good - I'm meal planned up til Thurs tho, so just need to get a few bits of fruit, veg, fresh stuff for this week. But will be going over my £220 this month. I got a bargain on ebay last night - an almost new 4th gen blue ipod - I bought it, then felt abuying myself something so dd2 has bought it instead - she still had lots of birthday money left:D And to be honest she'll get much more use out of it!
Must get going and tidy the house a bit before we go out:pI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Well done on the 2 competition wins and the ipod, DD loves the Garnier roll on for the eyes. Have a great day at the school fayre and sis's barbecue hope the weather picks up although here it is chilly and a little showery. Need to do some housework today but DD had her end of year ball for UNI and did not get in until 6.00am, I'll let her sleep without the hoover going full pelt.0

The ipod was a real bargain - only £55 and I had a 10% off voucher ebay had kindly sent me! It's one of the new ipods, so dd2 now very happy! She'll use it more than me.
I really shouldn't drink wine and go on ebay:rotfl:
Off to the fayre soon - girls are cheerleading there and dd2's made a Victoria sponge for a competition. I've given them £5 each, that's their lot...!I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
That ipod was a bargain as they are well over £100.00 new, will be handy for DD's holiday. How many weeks till your holiday, I expect you are really looking forward to a break it will do you good. Has your crohn's settled now you are back on your steroids?0
