Hahaha yes I'm like that - once I start listing things I find myself looking round each room wondering what I can sell!!! I seem to have run out of decent books to sell on Amazon though but do have loads of clothes for ebay...going to try and get more done this weekend!I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Managed another NSD today - but that'll be the last of Jan as tomorrow I need to buy some flowers for a colleaue who's leaving tomorrow and we do need yogurt and milk. On Saturday I think the girls and I will nip into town...not been there this year yet...I'm sooooo impressed with myself for that:p
I don't want to buy anythng, just take a couple of bits back - so £20 back in my account. G wants to buy a pencil case and I'm sure there's something Em will want:rolleyes: I have a £5 No7 Boots voucher so may as well use it on something - maybe a present for the stash. Also want to check out the Lush bags that I've heard people talking about, not sure what the deal is:p
It's an Inset day on Monday:j So no school for Em and I - will still have to get up tho and get G off, but at least I can be in my PJs!! Think E and I will just hang around at home, she has some Xmas presents to keep her amused, a wooden box to build and decoratehaha.
Lots of my work friends gone out for a curry tonight....but boo hoo I can never go...lack of babysitter, but hey, I save money by not going:p
Nearly the weekend......:TI really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Morning all:D
Just enjoying the quiet house while the girls are still asleep. They have gym at 11-12 then we're going to nip to town for a bit. Tomorrow's going to be a stay at home day and on Monday I'm going to do the food shopping in the morning and then have a quiet afternoon. Sounds good to me;)
NOthing much else to report - I have my CSA forms to send back, not that I think it'll make any difference as he's not working, but even if on JSA I'm sure he's meant to be giving a token amount. It's the fact he never offers a penny, not even a sorry, I have nothing, he just doesnt mention it! Grrrr.....and had a big long text from his girlfriend this morning to say how they have no money and I should back off asking for any:mad: His kids, he should help, end of.....
I listed a few bits on ebay last night and a DS game sold within 20 mins of listing so G was pleased! Must get some more clothes ironed, photographed and on there later on.
Anyway, off to get dressed now.I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
Virgin credit card arrived today with a limit of £2k which I'm pleased with - going to use it to transfer some of the balance of my Lloyds loan, which is £3700. Virgin transfer is 0% til next May. I'll concentrate on overpaying the Egg card this year as that 0% runs out this year, Sept I think. So will just be paying interest on the £1700 I'll have left with Lloyds. Big meanies that wouldn't give me my PPI back.....;)
Back from our trip to town - a few bargains. E bought a DS game with her money, reduced from £27 to £10, G got a Spongebob folder, pencil case and stationary reduced from £10 to £5, I got 2 black scarves for G and I for £5 each, from £8 each and I also got trainers that I do need, but not sure about, think they'll go back. they were £37 from £50, but I'm not 100% sure I like them enough!!! The trainers I wear right now are a disgrace:o !!
We weren't out long...too cold. Got a few bits in the co-op on the way back, just things they have on offer really as they're too dear otherwise!!I really need to sort out a new signature!0 -
