21st August 2008
Me and lil Merry are off to Cambridge tonight as my sister is getting married tomorrow. H isn't coming - he didn't feel it would be appropriate with the situation being the way it is - his new girlfriend, some of the rows we have had, etc. It's not been an easy few weeks - a few rows, some upsets, and quite a chunk of strain.
Am in the process (still) of applying for benefits, etc so I can take over the tenancy and H can move out. I can't afford it without the benefits, and am not 100% sure how long it will take to sort this out. In the meantime, we are separating the household fully - he's going to his own shopping, cooking, etc - so that we can prove we have separated officially.
I am also going to have to do a new SOA - lil Merry starts school in September which means I stop paying the salary sacrifice, do get an extra £200 in my pay packet :j:j Of course, now it's based on just my salary I look even poorer, but at least it's a move towards the future.
H is aware that he'll need to do a new SOA as well, and it will probably have a negative effect on him because even with CSA payments for his other daughter, and lil Merry, he will have a chunk of money left over which the OR will probably snaffle.
Older girls are off to religious camp with their Dad and Stepmum, and next week DD2 is 11, so celebrating with her!!
So ups and downs, but still kicking!! :hello:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

You go to your sisters wedding merry, relax a little, let your hair down, and most of you will amongst people who love you for what you are, just like us on here. Try to switch off sweetheart at least so you can enjoy it a little. Thinking of you and the horrible time you are going through.DXXXFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

And finally home. Spent the weekend at a friend's house, and slept SO much. I hadn't realised how tired I was, so strained and stressed. But home now. Back to reality.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
