Hi guys, will try to post a bit more regularly. Have been a busy bee on the phone - finding out about all the benefits, etc that I am not entitled to cos of H's salary but may well be once we have separated house-wise. Wish there was just one central form I could fill in and they say, yep you can have this, this, this and this - would make doing all those sums much easier
Been a long long week, but coming to an end fortunately. Hope everyone is doing ok :grouphug:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

(((hugs))) Merry.
Sorry to hear about your split but I hope that life will start improving once you move.
Why not pop your details as they will be when you move into https://www.entitledto.com and it should tell you which things you should be claiming then. Then all you have to do is get in touch with those places and get the forms.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

So how long do you reckon it will take for the OR to go through our SOA's and decide if there is surplus income? I sent mine back last week - not sure if H has sent his back or not
We managed to work it out so we were within our means, but with little surplus - easily done with the way prices are going up all over the place  but just in case they disallow anything I am ready to have to pay something.
Spent a lovely day with my ladies - window shopping, yoga, watching DVDs, but back to work tomorrow - sigh. I love long weekends, but it makes Tuesday feel like Monday!Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Thanks for posting the vol repo copy letter....I`ve been awake all night worrying about the `old` house & trying to build up the courage to deal with it once & for all. That letter will really help.
