canon inkjets are the cheapest to run and cheapest to buy- usually

always check out the cartridge repalcement cost before buyinga printer


lexmark and hp inkjets are not worth buying.

I have a Lexmark and a HP. I have been sending my cartridges into a company called Fillink. They refill any HP or Lex or Dell for £12 colour or black and I have not had a single problem. I used to buy originals and they seem the same but seem to last longer. Before you send to their freepost address call them and they will give you details.

If you fill the colour and black together they give you 20% off!!!

HP14, aka c5010a (col), c5011d (blk) for officejet d135 etc all-in-one.
These were introduced about end 2002, I believe, and for 1.5yrs no alternative but to buy genuine HP @ £22 to £27. Lately been getting them refilled and rechipped at Cartridge World for £15/£16. After initial problems, the new chips mostly work now.
Anyone know if anyone else is doing them cheaper?
Is anyone refilling their own? What about the chips?

i cant believe i've been using this site for ages now to save money and this is the first time i've noticed this forum for cartridges and i am reading with great interest,

however after just reading Clays input, i am finding it difficult to read at the moment , clay ur post made me laugh that much tears are still streaming down my face and i've peed myself but , god luv u , u definatley know how to get ur own back. ;D

ps. thanx for all these tips guys i now know where to check for my ink cartridges
