The 4KUS one seemingly does have progressive scan according to the outputs listings (back).

Note for the £59 on in Asda (Cyberhome) - have one, records all formats (apart from RAM), plays DIVX and is a nice little machine all in all. Downer for me is the lack of prgressive scan on it or I'd have one linked up to my plasma.
