Hi i did as stevee did then got a text the following day saying ' your request has not been succesful as your tariff is ineligable please call customer services' Anyone any ideas please?

As MG said you have activated a wrong BoltOn.if you have activated your free BoltON(CALLS50,HOME250 AND MSG100) before 10th Jan then its free for 3 months but you have to cancel it by text or call before 72hours of your 3rd monthly anniversary date.

have to registered you sim?if no register it.when you get £2.50 then send a text for free BoltOn again.i'm sure it will work.

I registered a sim 4 days ago, got a text telling me about the 10% rebate on credit that I purchase, and I telling me about the bolt ons but not yet got the £2.50. is there anyway of contacting them about it, or does it normally take this long It was a couple of days before I even rceived the 1st text.

If you register online it takes about 48 hrs. Friends of mine registered by phone as they aren't online and some took about 5 days to come through, some didn't get any credit.

May be worth registering online if you tried by phone.
