My PAYG showed nil balance so when I tried to get the bolt on, it said I already had one but I haven't used this phone for a couple of weeks.

Have you registered your sim?
Also call on 4444 and check your type of BoltOn and free minuts you have left then we will see what to do.MSE IS AN ADDICTION0 -
Although I have come late to this particular MSE'r party, I am pleased to say the £2.50 credit thing is still working (as at 25 December). Got a fair few messages, and as Muhamid said, you have to be patient, but got my £2.50, and tomorrow, I will try for the bolt ons. Great stuff - what this site is all about.0

I put in a new simcard and tried the bolt on and the voice said 'you already have boltons active on phone number' ...........and then it stops without even giving the number.
I'll try another sim card.
Thanks M.

I registered mine by phone about 3 days ago and have just received a text that says:
O2: Your free bolt on has been loaded onto your account and you will receive the benefits of this until 24/03/06.
I have just rang 4444 from my phone to check my bolt on balance and it said that my balance expired on the 24/01/06.
The text said it would expire 3 months later not one month, could someone please shed any light. I don't want to top up as this is not my normal number that I use it was just a freebie?0 -

I think you'll find that it means that your first month bolt on expires on the 24/01/06. You should then get the 2nd/3rd months on the 24/02/06 and the 24/03/06
