Thanks anyway. I'm on O2 payg, but a relative on O2 monthly contract was wondering whether you knew, with your obvious expertise in mobile matters.

I've been trying for ages to find out how to check the outstanding mins and texts but I couldn't.Then I phoned their Cust.service and was told that the only way is to phone and ask them.I don't believe it,but it's for sure-their pay as you go service is much better than the monthly one.

I got a mail from them, and they told me to dial 4444 then take option 2 twice, to find out how many texts you have left. Not sure if it works or if it works for your minutes, as I have not tried it yet.
