    I've just finished the bedroom, looks lovely, even got clean behind the bed but got caught by DH as I shouldn't be moving the bed, back is almost better again! He just said I always misbehave when he is out!!

    Hi! Right, I have had a bit of a hectic week so apologies if I miss anyone out, but wanted to have a proper catch up!

    boddy looks like my move to Aberdeen may be on so might need you to get some tips from your brother! Hope there aren't any kamikaze pigeons there...

    Well, things have moved on at a frantic pace here, lots of viewers and 3 offers, 2 of whom can proceed straight away so we have given the first people to offer 28 days to exchange. The surveyor is coming tomorrow so they seem to be cracking on and fingers crossed we will complete at the end of August.

    So, not done and dusted, but if they do drop out we do have a back up buyer I hope.

    It has been manic but after tomorrow I should be able to relax a little bit. Looks like pigeon poop is very lucky indeed! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
