    Way hey:j :j

Just had a phonecall offering me the job I interviewed for yesterday:D :D:D .

They would like me to start asap so have agreed to Wednesday 20th - we fly back on 19th:eek: . Just need to get some childcare sorted in the next 2 days now, as the stupid holiday club the school runs closes for 2 weeks:confused: .

So should I cancel tomorrows interview or go and see which I prefer:p - what do you think!

Well done shell, I would go for tomorrows interview just to see and if nothing else its interview experience.

Ooh.. we have a Pi$$y alarm for Miss Pi$$.. do you know what she said the minute we left the appointment?... 'it won't work you know'.. I said why?.. he reason... 'I live being wet.. it is fun... '... so.. why exactly am I bothering to take her to these appointments when she just confirmed what I knew all along.. she is a toad!! or a newt.. they like being wet too and breathe air!

    Right.. list...

this worked for a friends son after about 3 months, she was knackered getting up every night when the alarm went off but eventually it worked for them, he was 9 at the time.

she is already on medication for her 'twitchy bladder' but how can you work with her to stop when she admits she likes it?

Wahsing out.. it is so windy the sheets I hung out first were almost dry by the time I got to the bottom of the 3rd basket!

OK naff all flying done again. I am now trying to find childcare cover seeing as I have 2 days to sort it - arghhh!!! Problem is DD1 starts school 2nd sept and then DD2 starts 8.45 - 12.00 8th till 29th. Think its gonna have to be a childminder till DD2 starts full time school.

Can someone make my head stop spinning please.

Really keen on this job as its working for the Adult Eating Disorder Clinic - which I think will be really interesting, plus it will feel like giving something back:D .

Off to do the bathroom I was meant to do about 3 hours ago:o

Shell - Well done! I'd still go for the other interview.

Managed to get the bedroom and landing done in the last hour. Off to collect DS1 from preschool. Bit emotional as it's the last time I'll be getting him from that school. They can't assure us that he'll have a place in the "proper" school there in Sept 09 as we're right on the edge of the catchment area. If 6 more children move into the area in the next year then he's out. Rather than take the risk we've decided to move him to the less highly acclaimed but reassuringly closer (200yards rather than a 2miles) school. He's quite excited about going there but I don't think he realises that he's not going to be going to school with his current friends and his cousin. His last day is tomorrow but my Mum will be doing the drop off and collection as OH and I are both at work.

My new boots haven't arrived yet, website shows them as out for delivery. Grrr.

Right, wake DS2 and off we go.
