    :j Good morning,

I am home alone too gandb, so I can get on with things without the laptop boys to be in my way! Its great isn't it!

I changed all our bedding last Friday so I will leave it for a few more days. DH hasn't spilt any hot chocolate on it yet this week. He falls asleep sitting up :rotfl: with it in his hand sometimes. He is like lil_me's DP as he wakes at about 4.30 or 5, has trouble sleeping.
nicki if you are reading this you should have turned the internet off by now!!

Well done to nicki and lil_me with your courses, you should have special stars next to your names!! Be warned though when we got into the summer holiday I found things really difficult with kids around all the time. I put mine in kids club one day a week just so I could get on and once left then home alone all day and went to a friends to work in peace. They were old enough to be left.

Hi confused newbie, I buy my stardrops at Morrisons as the nearest Tesco doesn't stock it. I love vinegar for cleaning, especially the loo!! We do use white vinegar though not malt! It also cuts through grease really well too.

hugs serena, I hope you start to feel better soon.

Right I am off for a HHC, then a cup of tea.

Took DD1 to drop in clinic at the hospital in the next village. Because of all her ear history and the fact the consultant has said drops she couldnt prescribe anything. But the lady was fab and phoned and got me a doctors appointment at 11.10. So by the time we drove back and popped into co-op came home for 10 mins and then collect DD2 from nursery early we were at the docs. Cannot believe it only had 5 min wait:j . Ear drops and antibiotics for her chest just in case (due to flying on Monday). She is coughing away like a trooper and I guess she will start to ache all over with it soon so calpol will be spooned in;) .

So another half a day gone and nothing done:rolleyes: .

Boddy - At least by meeting back up with you ex you realise how right your decision to get rid of him was;) .

Right off to S & S the bathroom. Maybe if i have a mad HHC I can get most of it done and then this afternoon I can mow the back garden and do some weeding out there as I know DH will not touch it when we are away:rolleyes:  .

Struggling to form sentences today as I've got a splitting headache that some paras haven't been able to shift. Cant take anything stronger as they make me ill so I'm on pints of water rather than tea/coffee/cola/squash and I've just dug out the chocolate spread from my stash and had some on some HM bread as a treat. Just checking email etc and will go back to studying at 1pm so I best get on now otherwise I won't be finished!
