If I get a garage to move it will I be charge with stealing?
Sounds good. I am now taking measures to ensure they stay off my drive.
But if they are already on it, there is not much you can do without getting yourself in trouble. I'm like move your car an their like "else what" Else nothing, but please move it.0 -
I don't think you're stealing it (unless you're permanently & dishonestly trying to deprive them of their property), you're removing rubbish dumped on your land.....
As I said my brother moved this car on his drive after the bloke said he'd make sure his friends wouldn't park there again. Mind you, my brother's a bit of a big bloke (builder) so towing the car off his drive wasn't a moral problem for him. Your situation may well be different, best of luck0 -
put up a sign on either side of the driveway saying ' private driveway'0

I would have just jacked the rear wheels up and pushed it into the road, and then reported it to the council. It would have been towed away very quickly.0

I agree, I was involved with something very similar for a friend who was bugged by school run cars parking accross his drive.
Its amazing how easy it is to lift a car with a trolley jack and deposit it out of your way;)The mums didn't appreciate having to wait for the owner returning, they made the point, my mate didn't have to:p
All the ideas for dropping posts, chains etc are fine, but I think the point is being missed here. Why the hell should the OP have to go to the expense and inconvenience of this due the the inconsideration of their nieghboursI like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -

This is what I was trying to cover, thanks.
They should have to pay not me, but nothing is fair so I ordered a parking sign and a foldng bollard. Costing me £53, I still have to pay someone to fit it.
Good idea Reggie Rebel, ta0 -
