get a friend to come round and visit, and park their car in a way that stops the other car getting out

then say the person who has the keys has gone out when they knock

read the thread..do this and you'd be towed.

I just asked another neighbor of mine to park his car blocking them in. So when they want to move they will have to knock here and ask to be let out. Then I can really give the owner a piece of my mind.

no - they won't have to knock. They just have you towed without question as you have blocked them access to the public highway.

Really though its amazing that someone can park on your property and you can't do much. When the council did issue a ticket for blocking the drive, every penny went to them. I have been here three years and never had anyone park near my drive as there is so much space on the road. They have been here just over a month and already its happened three times. If this is the start, what have I got to come from them.

Letter from a solicitor?? Photocopy of the deeds showing rights of access etc? Its difficult isn't it as then you start a war - but if they wont listen to reason.
Is it worth asking them round for a wine one night & trying to see what the problem is??

do they ever leave the sunroof/windows open - would be a shame if your kids / friends kids decided to have a water fight right next to the car and water just so happened to fall through the sun roof
