Very good! :rotfl:
On a sensible note, it had his DOB and our address too - plus his Bankruptcy reference number and the Court that he filed in.:cool:0 -
It's quite interesting typing in the names of the rich and famous.
You'll find quite a few. Not even celebrities can hide from the Gazette.
Try Chris Eubank for starters. It might cheer you up in a deranged and perverse kind of way!0 -
OK, am I being really dumb, how do you find the BR notices on the Gazette link?

I know your credit files show it up, but if you move somewhere new and don't link the past is there any way people can find if you have been bankrupt
Firstly it doesn't drop off the register and secondly if you don't list previous addresses when asked, that's fraud.0 -
so everyone has always told the truth on any credit aplication have they!!!!!! don't think so!!!!!!!!
if you had the chance of a normal bank account 1 yr after discharge but the only way was failing to mention your previous addresses(because you had cut all ties from your past)would you!!!!!!!
On the list of crimes it must be pretty low !!!!and do you think any bank would call the ploice and prosecute you for failing to mention a previous address!!! can't ever reading in my local paper that people had been prosecuted for lying on a bank account aplication form ( I think obtaining a loan or mortgage using this method would prob end in prosecution if found) but am talking about a bank account to get back on the right path!!!!0
