I am another victim of CCK Technologies aka Low Cost Ink aka Techbits. I placed an order worh c£40.00 back in February 2009 and have neither received goods or a refund despite numerous phone calls and submitting numerous "tickets" via their online system.
One lesson learnt is do not do nusiness with a company that do not publish a telephone number or contact e-mail. My credit card company are iffy about my claim as I cannot substantiate he fact that I have made contact as I do not have a copy of e-mails sent; this outfit do not converse via e-mail but via web forms.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS wth this outfit in any of their guises.0 -
After also been ripped off by pc-doctor.org.uk - site now defunct- i thought i would add another name to the list of sites to avoid:
www pc-doctor-store.co.uk
This site seems to be freshly set up as it came up when i did a search for the same item i bought from the first pc-doctor site. Looks the same just using different colors!! Not sure how it is possible that this guy can have such a free reign going about stealing people's money, i thought that was illegal in this country.
Other known sites as mentioned elsewhere in this tread:
KPIG (www kpig-bs.com),
pc doctor (www pc-doctor.org.uk),
OPG (www overseaspropertygroup.com),
www turkeyhols.com,
CCKTechnologies (www ccktechnologies.co.uk), (www cck4u.com),
lowcostink LTD,
inkcartridgesdirect.org.uk,
hostdragon.eu trading under Company number 06241511 at Unit A2. Evans Business Centre,Zone 1. Deeside Industrial Park,DEESIDE,CH5 2JZ
Tel: : 01244281466
From CCK's homepage, I'll also add some more of their 'family members':
cck4u.co.uk
cck4business.co.uk
kpig-bs.net

I ordered inkcartridges from inkcartridgesdirect.org.uk. Paid £265, received an email invoice with a 4 day delivery. I went back on the site the next day, and it had just gone, cannot get back to the urls from the day before, and the site is now one of those search link sites.
Anyway, I never received the goods. I actually thought they went out of business, but reading your comments above has made me think.
Other thing about my research on this company is that the company that actually took credit card payment is called:
ITONLINE247
The first time I have ever been caught. Anyway, I am trying to investigate.
Can someone put the actual telephone numbers and names and addresses etc thay might have for this group of companies on this forum? the more concrete detail the better.

I had the same experience with CCK Technologies as those quoted above. £125 was taken from my credit card account but no goods were delivered. I was promised a refund but nothing happened. Eventually the credit card company reimbursed my account.
inkcartridgesdirect.org.uk
seems to be still accepting orders but is registered to the defunct Evans Business Centre address.
The centre of operations has now moved to 19-20 Evans Business Centre, Minerva Ave, Chester West Employment Park, Chester.
computer-store-online.co.uk
pc-doctor-store.co.uk
pc-computer-shop.co.uk
all operate out of the Chester address and are owned by
LCI-Online (UK) Limited (company number 6241511) - formerly known as LowCostInk Ltd.
Different names - same operational setup through Volusion.
Keep clear of them.0 -
Been looking for them - I have family in Warrington and asked them to check if they existed - Only had the Deeside address; now I know where they are I think it is time I went and collected my overdue stock.0

I went to see them- Well tried!
Still no delivery - so while visiting family made a detour.
I am sure it is a party of no-more than 4 people in a little office that doesn't even have a sign outside! Would of gone in there and demanded action but wasn't prepared to get out of my car looked like an awful, rough industrial estate - My credit card is now getting my money back, they have spoken to them too and said that there is a mark against their trading name!?! So maybe justice will follow!!0
