That is a great hanger savvy, love the writing!
LOL cheers, can't tell you how scared I was writing it, I'd done in pencil first and managed to mess that up, so when it came to the actual pen.........................well you can imagine! Next time I'd do that first, so I could paint or paper over it if it went wrong. It's not brilliant as I can see a few mistakes, but it looks a bit quirky so that's cool.

savvy - brilliant door hanger - you are clever being able to paint the waves like that.............can imagine the pickle I'd get in.................lol:rolleyes:

Really must finish mine off. I've two painted ones that came out naff (wrong sort paint I think......matt finish and looks awful) so I'm papering over them -Tuesday I think as have a meeting tomorrow.
Need a few phrases to put on the hangers and not sure what............have to google a bit I think......................

Got a purple/pink stripey one for grandaughter and OH says if it has a pocket on it to put the phrase in it needs to bee a see through one so striped show through............. I think a plain piece of card would do it......haven't got anything that colour among my freebie fabric samples.

Definitelt doing on that says 'santa please stop here' - after seeing Rainmac's I must do one for baby grandson. (thanks rainmac for idea:T )

So................need to make list -in notebook and not on scrap of paper- of who I'm doing which one for..........................lol:rotfl:

Mary, I'm sitting |here trying to read and type with my 20mth son on my lap with some paper and a pencil. I quickly read your last post and thought it said "got a purple/pink stroppy one for grandaughter..." :rotfl:

well mine are looking a lot prettier already , covered them , sing pritt stick and some scrapbooking paper - made sure to pick some of the thickest ones I have . I've picked out some ribbon to go with them, just short some kahki green ribbon for the last one .

Hopefully they will get trimed and I can start getting creative with them this evening .
