I have a couple of books like that.
AwHope work isn't too bad. When do you finish?

I finish at half 4. So not long! I want to have a nice early night tonight but I love that show thats on ITV tonight, children or the children so I'll be up till 11 ish, i can't get to sleep straight away after watching telly. I'm just having one of those days!0

They're talking about it on the radio at the moment!
Only a hour to go0 -
What The Children? I've watched the first two and I still don't know what's going on! Although the main girl who's in it is annoying me alittle bit right now!
Just under an hour nowat least tomorrow I'm only working 5 hours.

Yes! It sounded good. I haven't seen either of the first two episodes though.
I am going away for a few days tomorrow and got to keep a close eye on money as I don't have much at the moment....0 -
Are you going on a mini holiday or for work? When we go on trips we take a cooler bag filled with homemade sandwiches, homemade crisps, fruit ect. We save a pretty penny from not stopping at service stations for high priced junk food, and when we get where we're going we don't feel sluggish from all the pop and junk! Hope you have fun!!0

Well, basically, I am just seeing my friend who has gone back to uni, before I go back to uni.
Thanks! I also went to abroad recently and we did that - bought bread, ham, cheese and fruit and just had picnics for lunch every day. You realise how much of a rip-off packed sandwiches etc are. I don't think I'll have to buy food as hopefully my friend will cook me some!0 -
haha, if not stand in the door way looking hungry!
Before I joined the forum I wouldn't think anything of buying a sandwich for £2-£3 but now I just think 'I can get that for free at home!' it's weird noticing the little things for me sometimes!0 -
Yes. Though when I went abroad, I really looked after my money and got accused of being obsessive with my money by someone I am close to0

My boyfriend, well my whole family, all call me tight too. It upset me at first because I'm just being careful with my money now, and with everything going on with the credit crunch ect I don't see why we shouldn't. So try not to feel sad about it!
My sister really doesn't get my saving. I had my eye on a Cath Kidson bag afew months ago, and my sister started ranting on about if I liked it and had the money for it (which she knew i did) why not buy it. But this is coming from the girl who is in debt by X amount because she bought a chanel bag.0
