I did have a sniff of the Smiley stuff (albeit under the close scrutiny of a nearby snotty looking perfume SA :rotfl: ) as I recalled hearing about the 'happy pheromones' or whatever they are! It didnt smell like any perfume I have smelt before but then Im not a perfume addict as such. Sort of sweet and chocolate-ish maybe?

    bebebelle,
Sorry I didnt come back online while you were anxiously waiting with your car for your Smilie trip. LOL

I read your post quite seriously as I have a springer spaniel who will eat anything and everything you care to drop. So if I were to buy some I would remember your warning and keep it out of his reach. Its actually amazing how many people still feed chocolate and grapes to their dogs.

Can someone tell me what the Natural Collection and toothbrush glitches were, and how long they lasted.I keep hearing about them.I think they were well before I started Bootsing lol
The toothbrush glitch was there was a voucher in the mag for 1/2 price toothbrush but they were 1/2 price instore anyway so the mag voucher made them free. The NC was a bit like the Elle McP glitch now bag was £4.99 or free wys £5 (?) but went through free with any NC purchase including reduced stuff. It was soon busted as it would deduct infinite number of free bags for one paid for item and some peeps were just far too greedy putting 10 through at a time. The moral of the story is always disguise your 'bargains' :D

i second that, its soo dear these days!!!
Was in weekends papers about 70% price increase due to them rebranding 'nuture' http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2008/jul/12/consumeraffairs.retail?gusrc=rss&feed=networkfront sure I read somewhere that Hipp maybe be following this increase soon! Can't remember where or if reliable though.

Was whining last week that I'm fed up of BF and want my body back after 15 months...after the weekends news I'm not going to whine now! That's alot of money at £7.98 for 900g

I don't find this at all amusing.
I first posted the concern, as there was mention of Theobromine in the Smiley perfume, and I wondered if anyone on here knew, or could ask advice from someone. There have been recent instances of Theobromine poisoning in dogs who have eaten garden mulch. I asked for advice. I'm not a chemist, I don't know what a lethal dosage is. How am I to know if a little puppy who licks perfume from my wrist will ingest enough to get sick?

I wonder what the BioChemist at Manchester Uni would have said if a month ago he'd been asked whether eating garden mulch would be harmful to a labrador?

I don't have dogs, a garden, or Smiley perfume. Doesn't stop me caring about those who do.
I'm sorry if I have offended anyone.

    Sorry loverlee:o
I appreciate Each and Every win. I thank every comp poster from the bottom of my heart :A

Not my cup of tea, but just thinking that the green ted baker bags are 1/2 price, plus the mens stripy http://www.boots.com/guidedsearch/newsearch.jsp?searchArea=1&searchTerm=ted+baker+bag&uri=%2Fonlineexperience%2Fflexible_template_2006_publish.jsp&classificationId=1043920&contentId=&articleId=&N=0&Ntk=all&Nty=1 so if you have the 200pts from spring mailing, they are quite a bargain now!
