    That's brilliant! I didn't think that mayo froze well and try to use the whole mix in one go. Now I can have variety, as I'll make up the whole mix into sandwiches, making one lunch and freezing the rest for other days.:T
    PS Do they have to be well-buttered so they don't go soggy?

    Thank you for that. I was going to ask about mayo as my lot prefer mayo to low fat spread but I didn't know if the mayo would freeze ok :o
