Kaz that's too spooky, things like that keep happening to me, I text a friend last week as I was walking into a pet shop, when I walked out she was stood about to text me back. Oh and if you think it'll work for you, go for it. I know I'd be like DPs Nana who tidies and cleans before the cleaner comes round........:o I wouldn't want anyone else seeing my mess. I could maybe pay someone to do the ironing, but that's about all, the rest it'd be pointless.

juliejim - we'll send a search party if you don't reappear by tomorrow, good luck!!!!

Right, study time, half an hour, if I am back here before 3.15pm please kick me, going to set DSs away with playing with the train set, fingers crossed it keeps them busy for half an hour!
One day I might be more organised...........

My first lot of washing dried and is all put away and DD added to the dirty washing so I did another load and that's outside now. I was sitting in the garden reading but the sun came back out and it's too hot for me. I'll try later.

Hi All, not much flying done. :o

    Soappie HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! :bdaycake:

DustyKitten I feel a little better thank you. Friday evening my gland was up (only one! which I thought strange). It has gone down today. Still getting the heartburn though.

Lil_me I was going to suggest you going down on your own, Juliejim beat me to it :)

Kazmeister I like the idea of the handcuffs :rotfl:

Funny you mentioned a cleaner. Last week hubby made a comment about getting one and he was being serious. I took it as a reflection on my cleaning or lack there of :o . Would you really consider one?

Will try to start back up this Monday but I will be honest my motivation to do anything has gone.

Just having a quiet cuppa and a rest from the garden as DH has taken the boys swimming. All DS3 wants to do is jump off the boards over and over but hey that's ok. Free too as I still had some kelloggs free swim tokens. No more though as I'm moving us all on to healthier more filling breakfasts. Rice krispies and cornflakes just don't last and DS2 has lost weight again. I'm on the food doctor cereal - expensive but so filling I don't need loads and I add some whole grain puffed rice to it as well. I tried DS2 on the dorset kids project cereal and he loved it - reduced in waitrose.

Garden wheelie full now for Wednesday so just going to sew a few seeds/weed the veg patch and call it a day outside and start dinner.

    Afternoon All.

Well, I have managed to get toss all done so far.

I went to Argos but unfortunately My son's DS has not been handed in. Made me a bit miserable thinking that someone was not of sound enough conscience to hand it in. DS2 will be saving every penny he is given now until he can replace it.

Meanwhile I have been chasing around various chemists on behalf of DS1. He hurt his elbow about a week ago, but it hasn't healed well. It scabbed over (sorry if you are eating lunch well reading this!) But the scab keeps cracking and other little ones have appeared around it. I showed the chemist in town yesterday and she told me to make him and appointment on monday with the GP.

He got up this morning and it seemed to be worse and looked a bit red around the edges. I took him to the local chemist would said it needed looking at by a GP today. I phoned the out of hours surgery and managed to get him an appointment. The GP I saw wasn't the most helpful lady in the world. I asked her if it could be impetigo but she didn't really answer.
Anyway she prescribed him some antibiotic syrup and cream.

So back to the local chemist. He said they didn't stock the cream so to try the one in town.
The one in town also didn't stock it and said it was an unusal one to prescribe. So I have the syrup now (Flucloxicillin) which my mum (who's a nurse - Johnny Brigs quote for anyone who remembers!) says is quite a harsh one and might upset his stomach.
The cream I have to go back for after six tomorrow.

So all in all, I might have just been better waiting to see our own GP! But at least he can start the antibiotics straight away.

Sorry droned on a bit there. Any who, do you think I should keep him off school tomorrow or not. (obviously he says he doesn't want to go!)
Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j

I havent been very productive today:o Feeling quite rubbish, had a monster headache which i've given in and taken painkillers for and now i just feel all fuzzyish. Dinner is in the oven, had a reduced bit of silverside so its braising in red wine. Hope its nice, though i'm not really feeling like eating much. Need to peel some potatos for mash.
Hope you're not too sore Rach, must have given you a fright!
Thats really annoying prettypennies, cant believe someone wouldnt hand it in. Actually i can believe it, when LO was in hospital last week we asked the play assistant for a portable dvd player for LO to have at her bedside as they usually have quite a few available for the kids that cant get out of bed. Anyway apparently they were down to just 2 players, from about 7 as people had stolen them:mad: They are clearly marked ward 5 sick kids, how can people in good conscience steal them? It must have been parents of kids in the ward too, as you have to be buzzed into the ward by the nursing staff. It is a very low thing to do in my opinion:o Sorry rant all done, normal service resumed:D
