my niece seems to come home with wet knickers and has sometimes wet her knickers when at home. She does know to go to the toilet etc and if you ask her if she has wet herself etc she will say no and I genuinely don't think she knows he has.
Any one got any advice?
I'd have a word with the teachers and ask them to watch for her jigging and ask her if she needed to go to the toilet every 15-30 minutes.. and do the same at home.. It did help when DD3 was doing it.. she is 7 now and just been put on medication for her bladder problems she never stops peeing and still wets the bed 3-4 times a night!!
Given her age I'd possibly explain pelvic floor exercises to her.. she may have bit of a muscle weakness thereLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

So, no longer Mabboo, now Tidy Up Tash! Sorry if for any confusion.
This really made me smile but at least he could read what you had said.
I've been out all day, ASDA and at Mums. We went for a walk where I used to go to primary school (now a houseing estate) to see how much things had changed - it was funny and sad at the same time.
DS1 has gone into London on his own for the first time to meet OH to go to a 20/20 cricket game. I'm proud of him because that is quite a challenge for him.
DS2 up at the tennis courts with his new racket practising to be the next wimbledon champion.
I need to scoot and get DS3 to swimming.

Thanks Pigpen and juliejim.
I don't think my niece would understand pelvic floor exercise as she has some delays.
Have asked my mum to keep a note of when she has an accident to see if we can see a link at all. I to wouldn't be so bad if she told as afterward but she will just continue through the day until someone notices. She is meant to be going to a sleepover next week and worry that she will have an accident and will be picked on.
. i know other people have much larger worries than this but she is very special to me.

Given she has delays I would possibly seek medical advice.. it may be she has an under-production of the diuretic hormone which is causing a non-stop production of urine.. or, like my daughter a 'twitchy bladder' .. apparently it is quite usual for it to occur after a period of dryness.. it causes the bladder to open slightly before it is full and causes dribbles...IT could cause bladder infections, cystitis, sore girly bits or even kidney infections.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Thank you pigpen. She has been dry for a while even after her mum's death but want to really try and nip this in the bud before she goes to senior school.January Grocery 11/3740

Hi
I have almost finished my list.
Ds2 has gone to sleep which means he'll take ages to go to sleep tonight. It's not worth my sanity though to wake him up. He would not be a happy bunny.
Ds1 has come home from his transition day all excited. He brought home a school uniform price list and the jersey they have to wear for pe is £20:eek:  . Thats daylight robbery.
