Sorry Ikkle!!!!!!!!
Does it have a detriment on your credit score? also wat does 12+2 mean?0 -
If the creditor can't produce a CCA then they can't enforce the debt thus providing you with a couple of options, you can use the fact they have no CCA to get them to accept a lower full and final settlement figure OR you can request they remove their entry on your credit file.
If unable to provide you with a CCA they can not add charges or interest, or default you. And they shouldn't sell your debt on either.
12 + 2 is how long they have since receiving your letter. Eg 12 working days plus 2 for posting.

Hi everyone
not sure how I feel about the CCA enforcement thing, yes I guess morally we all have a duty to pay our debts back but I also think morally the CC companies shouldn't keep putting their repayments and interest rates up when we're all in financial hardship!, I wouldn't really know where to start with it all though. Fortunately I haven't missed any payments on anything we owe yet (although they have been a few days late sometimes!) but we recently put everything on DD so they wouldn't get forgotten anymore and Natwest forgot to take the payment so they didn't get it and immediately sent us a threatening letter! I was disgusted to be honest, when we phoned them they apologised as it was their mistake but this is precisely why I have no compassion for credit companies anymore as they are so quick to jump on you when you're down
I'm still feeling down, we moved house in March (not sure if I've already told you this!) and we took our mortgage out through a broker who promised to refund the broker fee back on completion of £195, anyway we've been chasing this money up since we moved, they first sent a cheque to our old address then they did send us a cheque a couple of weeks ago which I banked and it bounced! so now we have overdraft charges to contend with aswell. We phoned them but it looks like they've gone bust so we can say bye bye to that money now, been on the phone all day trying to sort this out so had a crap day and DH has gone to work now (he starts 7 nights tonight) so all on my own.
On top of this we have decided to hand dh's car back, it was due to go back in Dec but he really wanted to keep it as its his pride and joy but the repayments are £500 a month and we really need this money to start throwing at the debts. So its off to the auction house next Monday, we have checked and we won't be liable for anything as we have paid more than half the agreement but its still very sad as I know how much he wanted to keep it and the kids are blaming me cos they love his car and don't want it to go, so I feel like a complete ogre at the momentAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -
Hi people - how are you all?
Millie - i feel for you and am also so envious - in a nice way - that you've not fallen behind with anything - i agree with you too - credit companies- we were late with one of our loan payments- once in 7 years - within days they were ringing and had snotty letter - wages were actually a day late as my agency at the time messed up my wages so delayed them! so it bounced - so ive no thought for these companies either! as for your car - dont feel too bad - sort kids a treat out im sure they will understand - i love my OH'car and its all paid for but we have toyed with selling it....so know where your comin from hun xx
hope you're all okay...

Hi everyone,
I haven't been on in ages because for some reason it has stopped sending me emails to say you guys are replying to threads, so I figured it was all quiet!!
Kel, you party sounds like a great night!! have you broken up from school now?
I have one day left and I am working from home, so at last feel like I can start to relax.
Millie, chin up!!! and don't get me started on cars, I have been screeching around for that last week because my fan/alternator belt is on its way out, so that'll be more money on top of the £450 I have spent since the end of May!!!! AAAAGGHH
Anyway, I hope the fact that this support thread is relatively quiet means everyone is happy and well.
Love to you all

Hi guys, it appears that we have all been busy recently and not posting as much - me included!!!
Hope everyone is ok and keeping well, I have just been reading through the last few threads to see what everyone has been up to! Kel your party sounded great and your look? Well it reminds me ofmy wet perm days!!!!!!
Well I left my company yesterday and I did not expect the send off that I got! The cards and emails were so nice, I am still reading through them and replying! My boss gave some great comments and I just wish I could pick them all upand take them with me! Yes, the tears were there too !!! Oh and I had a few as well! Was a mad busy day as I had been carrying out interviews formy job and had been covering overtime this week too! Now just having some real reflective time!
Glad its payday on Monday, though a lot of expense this month together with the next massive CSA deduction. Next months pay though will see an increase because of my new job and a big saving in fuel. Managed to pay another £60 offmy debts recently but other than that, I havnt had much chance to look at things!
Hope everyone is ok and hope to hear from you all soon!!!!
