  • Hello my friends,
    how are you all?
Girls.... (well and you I guess Tony in your capacity as a chippendale) has anyone been to a 'stringfellows' party??
I have been invited to one and have no idea what to expect, apparantly a little like ann summers.

    Any guidance??

I spent £2 today on treats for the kids.... naughty I know, but all out of my cash that is still in my purse from budget amount this week. I haven't paid anywhere near my normal parking costs and petrol has been lower so I still have about a tenner left. Although I'm sure OH will nab it for cigs!!

Hope you are all happy and healthy today.

    xxxxxxx:kiss:

feeling really down today, our debts actually work out at around £9k more than in my sig, I have just been paid and for some reason it is £80 less than normal, I have cut back as much as possible redone insurances etc, totally got rid of Sky TV and anything we don't need and we have about £200 left every month to pay off extra off our debts (above the min payments) and I just feel like it is going to be years before we get any of this paid off, I can't bear the thought of being destitute for years

sorry all, I'll go and stop feeling sorry for myself, I know there are many worse off than me, at least we can meet the min payments I suppose

  • Hey MillieM
Today is just a down day, they are envitable so don't be too hard on yourself. Like you say, at least you can make min payments and more, that is a good place, really it is.

I know how you feel if that is any help and always, always remember you are not alone.

;) You've cheered me up already Ruby, I'm pretty pleased that we have only spent £175 this last month on groceries which is a vast improvement actually on what I used to spend (prob about £600 a month:eek: )

I won't be here the next couple of days, kids are off to stay at my dads and me and oh are off to the lakes camping in the hills (for free!!!) so hopdeully it will take my mind off everything
