Oh believe me, I do take things easier now - I can't believe how stressed out I was about this whole debt business - mind I did go through a 'dodgy' period 2 weeks ago with DH, who 'ASSUMED' that I had settled a debt, decided to 'have a pop about it' then realised, ONCE HE HAD SPOKEN TO ME, that he had read the wrong paperwork !!!!. Stupid man !!!!!

Now I am back 'firing on all 4 cylinders', and if MBNA :mad: send me another stupid letter I'll see the nitwits in court.

There we go, got it all off me chest xxxx

And that lol!! wouldnt mind but they have 2 accounts of ours - 1 mine one OH - my card has had interest etc stopped and got letter saying "as you have maintained good credit bllah blah blah for over 12 months (when we started DMP after falling behind..)we have cleared all arrears and have amended information/passed on info to credit ref agencies...thank you" OH's card - still dont seem to have all the required info - i am sick of SCREAMIN:mad: at them - when i ring i get told everything is fine??? so why the heck is OH payin late payment charges, interest and admin fees for these stupid letters?!? when we paid every month for over 12 months - of which i shall be claiming back might i add! lol :rotfl: they are numpties as my OH says - i wouldnt mind but the balance of about £1,200 is prob made up of their interest and stoooooooooopid charges!

Rant all you like - MBNA are .... well ........... I honestly cannot put down what i want to so ...................

They are notorious (check spelling) for late payment charges - they've charged my DH late payment charges 4 times now, he always pays on time, he rings them and they make their usual adjustments, what a bunch of idiots they are - mind you, they do have one decent staff member there, who is a DFW regular who comes on here, and he/she is really nice, sometimes with useful titbits too.
