Relyon are good quality beds. Some of them do include some sales gimmicks, but it would depend on which model you are interested in??

Thank you. I have a Relyon bed, don't know which one and I can't check at the moment as I turned the mattress the other day and maybe the name was on the label. The bed was bought at John Lewis by a friend, who got it in case his son came to stay. It was never used and when my friend who was old, died, I was lucky enough to be given the bed. It's comfortable but we do get a bit of "roll together" and I thought with a good quality bed, you wouldn't get that. We've had it 6 years. Could it be time for a new mattress?

If you get roll together then it sounds like it is possibly a medium open coil sprung mattress.

All manufacturers tend to sell a full range of beds, and it just appears that the one you have is lower down in the range.

If you want a mattress that doesn't give you roll together then you really need one with pocket springs.

The mattress you have probably isn't worn out, but it will most likely be past it's best. So it could be the right time to start looking for a replacement.

What type of base do you have?

I think it is a sprung edge base?, there are no drawers in it and if feels quite springy.

Have a good look at the base. If it is still in good condition, and isn't sagging at all, then you will only need a mattress.

As it is a divan base then it is suitable for any type of mattress.

    Your welcome.

I don't hide the fact that I do sell beds, but unlike many sales reps in the big chain stores, I make sure I know what I'm talking about.

It depends on the type of mattress you have?

I can't find it listed anywhere. How long have you had it, and what type of mattress is it?
