sorry a few of u aare having problems.. maybe u need to consider atkins induction instead of the other plans... not trying to be smug with some of u not losing but i have lost probably 4-5lbs in the last couple weeks sticking EXACTLY to induction

the main thing that occurs to me is that with the other plans a few of you are eating nuts, well i know that whenever i eat nuts i CANNOT lose weight thats why they arent included in atkins induction cos quite a few people have problems with them althothey are fine for induction not for weightloss

dont get discourage u will get there, as i have said a few times listing EXACTLY what u eat somewhere helps to keep u concentrated and more mindful of what and how much u are eating

hi nerdy welcome to the gang

BBQ went well i had lowcarb sausages, couple pieces chicken and a few strawberries and then nibbled on some cheese....i will confess to 1 glass of rose and 2 glasses of pimms, other than that was good

    hi peeps :)

have been MIA for the last few days - its been my birthday so i have been trying to drink the equivalent of the European wine lake by myself and along the way have had some very naughty high carb goodies
    ho hum.....

back on track today with a roast chicken in the oven and some lovely fresh veg

sorry some of you are feeling a bit down about this WOE - my parents tried it at the beginning of the year and did a very strict induction no alcohol and everything and they never lost anything so its not for everyone

Hope you had a fab time hun. If that wine lake is still there, I'm thinking of diving in head first!:D

Trying to stick to the low carb thing, but am getting ready for my holiday and feeling seriously de-mob happy! There may be a slight dent in a bottle of sauvignon blanc later on today....:o

Hope you're all having a good day

i tried the oopsies once and i found them just like soggy meringues - didnt do anything for me and i prefer the low carb bread made with almond flour

A bit of ESP going on here. Nuts have been my particular downfall today. There was a stall on the Boot Fair selling cashews cheap.I just couldn`t resist. And the Old Man has gone and bought a shed load of assorted fruit, which is another No-No.And everywhere I go walking has wild blackberries......
I promise to do better tomorrow.
My daughter has just announced her engagement, and I don`t want to be the Fat Cow in the wedding photos. Why do photos make you look particularly fat?Anyone know?
I`ve been looking at the Dr D Diet, it`s very lax compared to Atkins, I`m surprised it works at all.

Cashews are seeds not nuts and therefore should be treated with caution as should peanuts.

Wild Berries are very good for you and not particularly sweet so I'm eating them.
