i've just ordered some coconut oil from holland and barrett- online wasnt working so phoned it through and was rather easy! Will try cooking with it and if not il wack it on my hair (as we speak im currently sitting here with extra virgin olive oil on my head wrapped in cling film - just as well the bf isnt here atm)

Urghh! Olive Oil ??? smells a bit I find, and is difficult to wash out :(

You'll be so glad you got coconut oil!

In cooking, used at the beginning it doesn't taste, used at the end it does.

I love it :) Currently slathered in it. :rotfl: Well I slathered a while ago, and now it's nearly gone :)

If you want to use some for self loveliness, take some out of your job lot and put in an old pot, saves getting the two confused :) I always have a bit on the go for face n stuff and a short time on the radiator or windowsill (in summer) makes in useable whenever. Don't forget that it can be a good facial moisturiser too :)

Much nicer than the olive stuff - you'll never look back!

oh forgot to say, had chicken kiev and was lovely, just a chick breast split and stuffed with cream cheese butter and garlic and wrapped it in bacon, rolled in egg wash and covered in scratchin crumbs. dont think i'll have the pork scratchings crumb next time tho, went lovely and crispy as i fried it slowly, but i'm not fussy on them anyway, but if you like em you'll love it.

Had that with cauli mash and am sooo full. hadn't eaten since brekky.

I SOOOOO agree! They do the 1 shampoo that works for my scalp so every now and then I spend £10 for 3 just on that, (would be £15+). Nearly had a fit when I couldn't find it in my local store. Thought they were out. Turns out it was just on a different shelf :) Whew! Imagine my glee!

Counted up today, I have 8 of the 50ml bottles in my stock, and still don't feel safe :) :rotfl:

When it's the only thing that works and Boots and Superdrug don't stock it , well it's a worry :rotfl:

Always go for the olives too, well cheap :)

L Burger king double wopper without the bun and scrabed off the relish and onion yum yum
D Chump steaks with leeks and maybe do it blackened from the recipe in the DA book

may also still have a flax bread (keeps me regular) and jelly and cream

You sound lovely too! We got a cute bunch o low carbers!

Hurrah for the waist! I've never really had one :) My close male friend once described me as a woman with a skinny blokes body :( That was some time since, mind.

My eyes were always blue but over last 5-10 years have started looking greener, lots of amber around the pupils, I find wearing khaki really 'brings them out' :rotfl:

Glad you posted your good bits, that's the way we should go! We all have good bits :)

Didn't tell you about my bad bits, but they're there. Just not concentratin on em 4 a change :rotfl:

Well I'm pleased to report that the salmon treats work - but you need to really mash the fresh salmon to make it work properly otherwise it doesn't hold together at all (unfortunately the footie didn't work out quite so well!) They tasted pretty good after 2 1/2hrs sat in amongst my salad will definately be making those again. Thanks Mercy another recipe to add to my ever expanding collection.

neither jelly nor flax bread are induction friendly. psyllium husks or fibresure will do the same job

Ok still not lost much weight but beginning to feel theres hope for me yet. Had a late breakfast of bacon, 2 eggs and beefburger. Babybel Teas and water.

Had to go out tonight and on way back was starving but I managed to bypass the chippie  and went to late night shop and bought a pack of cold ham to eat in car. Before I would have made a beeline for chips.

As I said still not losing much but on the plus side OH has lost 16lbs. Im so jealous. Have made a conscious effort to be much more strict from now on so here's hoping.
