    Only days?! :o

Weeeell, needed doing for months but had this week off.

Sad to report still not done:rolleyes: because i've been trawling net for an elliptical cross trainer for my bedroom. :A still looking.

But, had new work uniform a month ago and the top fitted me, but was snug, felt so thin today, decided to try it on and is soo loose.. Yipee

So altho i'm not showing much on the scales i have obviously lost.

I feel that i have been very good tho. I am having 'treats' but only the odd low sugar lolly and some 85% choc.
Not been excercising either so with a cross trainer i should be seeing some better results.

I thought I read something about you and chocolate and thought you were a fellow TOTM sufferer who had eaten sweet things or something??

    :o Sorry.

    I'm not worthy. :D

Yeah, unfortunately he was one of the guys turning himself upside-down on the pole :o.

You would have thought they might appreciate a girl getting up there! I was the only one brave enough to give it a go (apart from the professional lady) - just wish I could watch a video back. Can't wait to for my pole to arrive so I can practice properly - the lessons are great for working out, gaining strength and learning the individual moves but when you suddenly have to throw a routine together...
