    Well, you're still a bit short :) I'm 5'7'' :D And I remember 'glasshoppah' :rotfl:

Don't worry about this weekend, don't feel guilt for an exceptional celebration! Just feel lucky :) No doubt it's well deserved. I have a liking for kharma, maybe your good work here helped some in the cosmic way of things?

No shykins, you're not the only one, I remember the grasshoppers too:o

I'm 5'8" and my ideal weight (or at least it used to be up until 2 years ago) is 10st 11lb. I never seemed to struggle to stay there. However, this is my 3rd day of eating just meat and eggs (and a bit of mayo to add taste) but I still don't seem to be losing any weight ( had a peek this morning). I will stick to this until Tuesday as that is my official weigh day:rolleyes: .

Perhaps my ideal weight has increased a bit:confused: , after all, its 2 years since I gave up smoking and I am closer to the big FOUR/ZERO this year:(
If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.

    My way is Atkins;)

I remember it and i believe it was glasshopper:rotfl:

Am a weeny bit disappointed in the taste of the oopsies as they are rather eggy (what did i expect with eggs) and is a glorified skinny omelette but do make a good sarnie.
Or did i do summin wrong:confused:

Also, dont know if its a regional thing or whether they distribute nationally but Tesco do a fabulous Welsh hot chicken curry called Tan y Ddraig and its only 4.8g per 100g, it is really popular here and is delish, you can find it in the chiller dept and at the mo is two for £3, normally £2.30 summin each

    I'm 5'8"

Same here :D I've never dipped below 11 stone though, and doesn't look like I will now either (can you believe that I've put on 4lbs doing Induction???).

I think this weight is quite easy to maintain, and I'll be happy with it if I can convert it all into muscle. Right now I look good (the wolf-whistles and cat-calls I attract walking 10 mins down the road are testament to that!) but my limbs are still too chubby to look good in some of the outfits I love :o

:rotfl: sicko :rotfl: Only joking! Not made the low carb icecream but did have chocolate pancakes earlier :) Just added a little cocoa to the mix and filled em with the mascarpone choc dessert :D Rather nice. Had to eat em as they were made so had tea standing up. Well stuffed after, mind:)

Good discovery re pancakes - After you've put the batter in the pan and they seem done on 1 side, stick em under the grill to firm em up before flipping. Makes it so much easier as they don't rip or otherwise resist your advances with the spatula :)
