Now if my swimming builds muscle that is good-and Ive enough fat to "play with" ;+)
So I turn from a pathetic flabby mess into a muscular swimmer-I can handle that!
No idea how long I can keep it up as it is rather boring but-if needs must!
Funny thing-it doesnt tire me but I wont increase it as its a long time and my skin will be very soggy otherwise.
Had cheese omellete for brekky with 2 mushrooms and slad leaves/mayo.
For tea I had smoked haddock and made the usual cheese sauce-with approx 200g green sliced beans. I doubled these up to hep soak up the cheese sauce and I did need more to eat. Thats it-apart from coffee with cream-and sugar free jelly-now Ive thought about those-and tho Ive cut down on both-heck I enjoy them so they are here to stay!
I grated a whole 250g of cheese by hand today as most grated cheese has wheatflour in it to stop it sticking so Im proud of myself for that. DH wondered why I had kept the last cheesebag! Well-MSE teaches me these things.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0 -
I have been so good. :A
I must be in ketosis as i had a bit of chicken before going to work at 4.30 and i didnt want to eat on my break, just a cuppa and had a quick salad when i got in at 10.30. :j
Just whizzed up a quick jelly and cream for tomorrow as its so lush and really hits the spot.
I kno what you mean too newish, once your fat you think sod it i might as well have what i fancy. and mine goes straight to my middle, typical when youre insulin resistant.
BUT, it is the first place i lose it so here's hoping..0 -
Do you ever use ketostix mazzers?
Yesterday mine was nearly clear but today its deep purple so what an improvement! Back into it at last
I find them inspirational as its confirmation that I am burning fat rather than just hoping.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0 -
angel, well done on the swimming, one width is my limit unfortunately or i'd join you.
seriously thinking of a treadmill if budget would allow but have had lots of gym equip that never gats used. those vibrating plates sposed to be good too. Need to do something but dont wanna end up wasting money.0 -

Did last time i was on it but got quite obsessed. where do you get yours?
I had to say i was diabetic as Boots had refused to sell them to me cos at the time Atkins had such a bad name. long time ago tho.0 -
I saw on tv a sort of sliding plate thing-some celebrity trainer was using it-looked like the size of a handbag and you put your hands or feet on it and slid-I could see the hard work involved and it didnt look expensive. If I did that tho I doubt I could get up afterwards!
Funny is swimming-I was chatting to my bruv and asked him if he had to cycle 50 miles or swim 50 lengths which would it be? Now he is thin and fit but not a great swimmer and said cycle! I couldnt do that! I was doing a sidestroke today with one arm behind my back-its a good stretching exercise!
I allso fancy a treadmill. Ive had a stepper but it hurt my knees too much. Had a rowing machine-got a sore bum and it made a lot of squeeky noises.
So I guess Im not getting a treadmill unless its a used one!
Maybe I should borrow my sons weights!Did last time i was on it but got quite obsessed. where do you get yours?
