Aaah, that's one thing I've been really good at actually. Mum and Dad left a 5 litre box of lovely local red wine when they came to visit in January - I invited my lodger to open it but haven't had a drop meself

  • Thanks for all your friendly and helpfull replies. Ideally I would have loved to have had a cheese omlette and some crispy bacon but because Ive been on Cambridge and not eating I didnt have anything in. It was either the chilli or nothing Im afraid, and nothing just wasnt an option today! Im not a veggie but had the quorn mince in the freezer, the spices and sugar free passatta in the cupboard along with a jar of mushrooms in oil and the onion loitering in the bottom of the fridge. I made it and ate it with cheese and it was delicious. Back to Cambridge tomorrow unfortunatley but I'll probably be along again in a couple of weeks when Im hoping to move to low carbing.

Yeah I know hun :( It's mentioned here - but maybe you could email abuse and see if it would be ok?

However you could link to it from your mse profile and direct posters to that? Can't see the problem with that?

lol click on 'shykins' on the left of one your posts and then click on 'view public profile'. I think in your control panel settings you have the option to add a url if you wish to - then peeps will see it when they click on your profile.

    :)

i keep meaning to, but haven't.

and it can't go 'sky high' because of atkins. ;)

75%ish of cholesterol level is genetic - you can have sky high cholesterol just eating celery

25%ish (could be less) is affected by what you eat. but medical studies have shown that low carb diets reduce cholesterol ;)
