Just a run down of what I have eaten today. Not sure if I am eating the wrong foods.
B-small tin of tune with 2 teaspoons mayo and pepper
L- couple slices pestrami and 2 slices cheese
D- Chicken, mushrooms done with little cream cheese, minted lamb spare ribs (2 little ones)
rasberries and blackberries with cream
I also had 4 cups coffee with a cream and water mix for milk.
1 litre water and half litre tonic water.
Do rip my choices to pieces if you like lol0 -

they're on the high side carb wise, and should (probably) be avoided if you're on induction.
you should really try to eat the veg allowance each day - you could get horribly constipated otherwise.0 -

scared of them how?
you need fats and some carbs (20g per day) otherwise your body will start using muscle, and once you lose that you never get it all back.
please please please follow the diet properly. you risk doing yourself damage if you don't eat enough.0 -
i seem to be a bit stuck weight wise for the last few days have been hovering on or around the same pound for nearly a week- anyone have any quick start methods? also find i am becoming increasingly less hungrykeep calm and carry on :rotfl:

lubs if u are doing atkins induction then no u arent eating the right things... as tink says u should be having veg and salad and NOT berries, there are more carbs in the berries than in any veg anyways and u should eat up to your 20g allowance made up of veg/salad/proteins
if u arent sure then log your food on www.fitday.com and if u arent sure of what u are allowed double check the list on the site i posted earlier today

ames u must of posted while i was lol....yr appetite is prob reducing cos u are in ketosis, would need to see your daily menu to see if there was anything causing a problem with yr foods
