I must admit I sneak a peek at the scales more than once a week
Well, I had the fish for dinner tonight, with batter I'm afraid but I did take half of it off as a compromise  Never knew they put sugar in mushy peas Tink so checked with my local chippy & yes they do!! Decided not to get them but the fish was filling enough anyway. I ended up with indigestion though - my own fault for having the batter!!:rotfl:
alias, hope you are feeling better.0 -

I usually do have a cheese omelette funny enough Tink, it's just this past couple of days that I haven't had that. I hate cream and can only have it if it's cooked into something iyswim.
From memory it was 3 eggs & a tablespoon of cream whisked together, pour into frying pan that has foaming melted butter & whisk in the pan until nearly set. Then cook for another minute or so. The cheese was cream cheese put in at the last minute with some ham & then the egg was folded over & served.
The above might not be absolutely accurate but you get the idea. I thought it sounded lovely, I've never tried to make an omelette with cream mixed in but will definitely give it a go.0 -

I'm not surprised you're bloated with all that pop. And the lolly too - they're not doing you any good at all hon. You've probably not eaten enough today - and houmous I don't think is a low carb food
which plan are you doing, and are you doing induction?0 -

I always put cream in my omelettes. And I do a cream cheese and spinach one which is yummy :drool:0 -
not sure which plan u are doing ames but the most obvious possible culprits are nuts and the sweeteners in the s/free bars etc u are having
